Please you always stress that the burden of proof is on the applicant yet you never give us time to demonstrate our ties. It seems you already take decisions before the interview itself and the outcome of the interview has no significance on approval or refusal of visa applications.
Secondly, please do you derive pleasure in refusing applicants?

I once misplaced my passport and then I went for a new one. After a couple of weeks I later found the missing one.

There is something called freewill and the rule of law. Even your bible asks you to be obedient to the authority of your government. So if the Americans say you must be born here to be president by law, why do you think god will answer you? God doesn't exist to perform magic. Methinks you've transformed god into a genie.

According to the U S constitution you can only be the president only if you are a naturally born citizen. The law was crafted by human beings. Please I do hope that you know that's a rigid law. The law can be changed by an act of congress and it was last brought up by people supporting Arnold Schwarzenegger when he wanted to run for office. Even though it's highly unlikely that the law would be changed but it is still within the realm of possibility and there it's possible that he can be the president
God is the master of everything he has created and if he wills , it comes to past
In God we trust.

Please I just received an admission email and one of the requirements needed to process my I-20 is proof of financial ability to pay. Please can I submit a friends micro finance bank statements and later when am applying for the visa use my fathers bank statements because at the present there's no enough balance but very good inflows and outflows of money. Thanks

Am really glad to meet you here.I have a lot questions bothering me about the Non Immigrant Visa Process.I have been refused a NIV before and i was given a form which says i have insufficient ties to my home country.The interviewing officer hardly ask you to explain your ties and what will compel you to come home .Only Three questions were asked and i was given the refusal form.Please how can a genuine visa applicant explain his/her ties to satisfaction of the officer because by your law you say the burden of proof is on the applicant.
Secondly i learned you rarely issue visas to applicants with no travel experience.

NB-Am a student.
