U sound ignorant. After voting the law says counting must be done immediately and recorded. Agents of parties must countersign on result sheets a copy of which must be pasted on each of the poling unit for public consumption. The figures NLers are giving are what was published in these units. We Av had a lot from other parts of the country except se ss.
I voted in Ph and nothing was pasted I'm my unit. Infact counting wasn't done there. Instead after voting, they just carted the whole damn thing. That is against the law.
This isn't rocket science, if there is any result pasted, am sure NLers will be free to be dishing them out by now but nothing because it wasn't.

the question would be, what happens when suitation in a particular area, or polling unit goes out of hand, like in rivers state, the polling agent has to use his/her discreation, I think that was wat happened.
