Yes in advance countries, voting is done to chose principals of the various of the Senate and house of representatives, example why was voting done to chose the Senate president? Likewise voting should be done too to choose minority leader and others too, that is the beauty of democracy, not Mr Tinubu appointing.

This are all Mr Tinubu's plan to control the Senate and house of representatives, on a normal day, voting is done to select members, of both chambers, but because we are not practicing through democracy, things like this are allow to stay.

In the history of Nigeria's democratic journey, NO president has ever been elected without winning in at least one of the following:
- Lagos - Tinubu lose
- Kano - Tinubu lose
- Rivers - Tinubu lose
- Benue - Tinubu lose
- FCT - Tinubu lose
How Tinubu was declared by INEC after losing in all of these states and FCT is what Mahmood and INEC are running from PEPT for.

The PEPT Justices are not stupid Nigerians. Tinubu is a mere interregnum in Nigeria's presidency.

There is nothing like 100% free, fair and credible election, not even in Africa except if we want to be deceiving ourselves.

This year 2023 election in Nigeria is the most fair one cos there was improvement in the process, the rigging was less, ballot snatching reduced. Infact, all those imaginary million plus votes from some state disappeared due to the improvement in the process.

Election is not a day process, if this year 2023 is far better than the past elections same INEC have conducted, we should rather praise INec for doing a good job, though they could have done better than this and hope they improve better in the future election.
