Why would Peter Obi file a petition against Tinubu and INEC while neglecting Atiku?

A 3rd candidate looking for a stolen mandate, so after winning Tinubu at supreme court, then the battle will now Begins between the 2nd and 3rd candidate... When there is even nothing as such in our constitution.

Even if Peter Obi's petition is substantial, how would one advice the judges to rule on the matter without going against our constitution?

In the previous elections it was obvious that the winner won the election but it was not free and fair e.g Obasanjo won in 2003,Yaradua won in 2007 and Buhari won in 2015
But in 2023 it's obvious that Tinubu didn't win, infact what inec have with them shows that he didn't win

Tinubu will make history as a sitting president that would be removed from office, and that would set the record straight to all politicians that they can be removed from office, even Akpabio and the former senate president, Lawan are not suppose to be at the Senate, but due to the corrupt judicial system, they both bought the judiciary over, and one is senate president, appointed by their master Tinubu.
