Even if the US government was able to influence the election result, it would not be able to control the aftermath. There would be a risk of civil unrest and the US would be seen as responsible for this. It's not in the interests of the US to interfere in the elections of other countries. It would damage relationships with other countries and could lead to retaliation.

Truth is, In some cases, it may be relatively easy for the US government to change the election results in a foreign country; in others, it may be much more difficult. Factors that would likely influence the US government's ability to alter an election outcome abroad would include the political stability of the country in question, the extent of US involvement in that country's politics, and the extent of international scrutiny of the election. So make your guess! 🤷‍♂️

You and your people want to emasculate everybody and plunge this nation into another blitzkrieg of unimaginable proportion, you will not succeeed this time around.
