People just want to be spoonfed all the time. After I put free workforce past questions days ago on this thread for people to download at their convenience, last minute, some peeps are now asking for people to send to them. Smh. Best of luck to us all.

Hi all, I found this link on another nairaland thread and was able to download workforce past questions. Sterling bank uses workforce for tests so hopefully, it should help us prepare. Proper preparation prevents poor performance. Best wishes

Online test is likely to be the normal GMAT, SHL formats. At least there's ample time to prepare and look at all possible options.

wrote mine yesterday. Out of 12,000 applicants, 3000 were shortlisted (according to them) We were told each person had different test formats but there were some ratios, proportions in mine. stuff like 5a-2b raise to power x =? , if it takes 10 men 5 hours to do a job, how many hours will it take 3 men etc. etc. and the verbal had long passages like ki lo de. All in all, it wasnt the hardest test I haver written. Just focus and with luck, you will pass.

Where in Ibadan do you stay and what time is your test? Mine is 10:30 tomorrow and am in Ibadan.

I am in IB but I still don't know if I should go for the test. I will spend the weekend preparing though. Am worried about this 7 stages of interview I saw on some threads

During the application, i just said le me try my luck coz the Condition says:
Not more than 25yrs as at 31st Dec 2014....am 26.
Must have completed Nysc...am currently serving, batch B 2014....shud i go for the test

From experience, if you pass the first test, you will be asked to bring ID to the next one or maybe interview and you may be disqualified then. That was what happened to some people at Insight Communications recruitment so think it through......

Yes now! Seriously.....I graduated at 21 and had my MSC at 23, and I had a course mate that was 21. These things happen fa. Just stumbled on the thread ni o.....cos some nairalanders too dey fight.

I received the same text message yesterday. I will attend if I can find something suitable to say before work closes today. I wonder why there is nothing on it on nairaland though.

well just in case, I use gmail, on android. there is a sub folder within my inbox called 'promotions'. that's where all the mails I got from sterling bank goes to..I don't know why. in fact I almost missed my first message from them. I'm just saying this if the same case applies to her, she should try and check

Thanks for the help. That's where my sterling mails go to as well...but she didn't receive it. It is well.

It's not there. The person has checked several times and feels kind of disappointed as is expected. I just keep telling her it could be in batches. There is God ooo

But seriously, not everyone that got more that 80% got the last email. I did the test with a friend who got 84% and hasn't received. That's odd. Anyone else in the same boat pls?

And so the request begins I wonder if its straight to interview though...hehehe

So it means probably 90% of applicants didnt get to take the test, myself inclusive. Na wa o! God dey sha....
