I agree with you to some degree but men you totally underestimate the influence ijaws had on these people in the old rivers state. The creation of bayelsa state was the biggest relief to them. Today the few remaining ijaws in rivers state are crying victim but they did horrible things when they were in power post civil war including being the MAJOR proponents of abandoned properties.

I am not claiming that Igbo deniers and even haters are not among these Igbo groups but I am not going to ignore the major external factor that added fuel to the fire.
