Iyere2023: Hello I have a Bsc in nursing science and I have gone through the requirements and I qualify for it but my only difficulties now is to navigate the language certificate and test. Please how do I go about acquiring an approved language certificate and progress to taking the language test.
Is there a site can go to for the language classes to acquire the certificate? And how do I proceed in writing the language test. I prefer a French class, certification and test Thank you Hello still haven’t gotten a response 😞 |

ZoeAkorede: Please good people of Nairaland I have a case at hand and I need help and your inputs
A friend(lady) is about to apply for admission and her marital status is kinda complicated
She was married with a kid but they got separated more than a year now but not legally divorced
She told me the divorce will take more than a year before it can be finalized.
So she seeing a new guy now and both of them are planning to Japa through study route She intend to apply for(SP), (VV) for her daughter and SOWP for her new guy even though they are yet to be married because of her divorce is in progress
So in her admission application what will be her martial Status?
Because I believe whatever the information she provided now in the admission application is what she will maintain even with Visa application
Please I need your advice, suggestions and your thoughts on this kind of situation. Thank you Common law partner is what is should pick, also get an affidavit for it too. Check YouTube and google to get more info on common law partner. That’s her best chance |

G8tfulSol: The delay is due to the volume of applications IRCC handle these days. Continue to send the webform and mails at least 2 or 3 times a day. You may need to attach your admission letter with the mails and webform to express the frustration the delay I s causing you. Surely, they will answer you soon. Thank you |

falebe: Hello house, pls I need advice on this issue. I got an addition to University Canada West for April 2023, so I deferred the admission to September 2023 so I will have time to prepare for my self. I submitted my visa application on the 4th of July 2023, I received my PPR on 10th of August, and I submitted my passport to Vfs on the 14th Of August and got my passport back on 29 of August, I received letter of Introduction today. Now school are supposed to resume on the 25th of September, I have already book my flight ticket to 20 of September. But now school send a mail to me that they don’t have enough space for students for this September anymore that they will defer me to January intake. I replied the mail and said No that I don’t want to be deferred. They now said the only option I have is that I should be in Canada before 8th of September. I have to cancel my ticket and reschedule it to 5th of September. Student Advisor from the school now called me today that even if I come to Canada before 8th of September he not sure that they will be able to enroll me for September…. My question now is that even if I accept to be defer to January. Do I need to let IRCC no that I have been defer or is it Only new LOA from the School that I need. Please how did you go about your deferral, I would like to do mine for May 2024 , same school too |

Awesome85: Join me celebrate my victory!!! I have just received my study permit. PA got SP, Spouse got VV, and son(age 2) got VV. Timeline: Application submission 28th June 2023 Biometrics completed 29th June 2023 Biometrics updated. 5 July 2023 No update on main portal or tracker after then till today. Correspondence letter 23 August 2023 PPR. 23 August 2023
Documents submitted All NIN All birth cert Marriage cert Change of name All employment records for PA LOA Letter of scholarship from my DLI (PHD) Land documents (2) Statement of account for both partner SOP NB. I was rejected in 2021 for studies. Did my application from UK. So I added my BRP which expires in two months from the date of submission. Send series of webforms and emails registering my displeasure when my application was taking too long. My question: should I pay for a return ticket for my spouse, given she got VV instead of SOWP? Thanks family. Success to those awaiting theirs!!!
Congratulations to you and your family Congratulations 🎉 please can you send me the link to submit a web form, because I also submitted my application July 24th and till now nothing on my gc key portal or tracker aside biometric completed |

Gentlesoul3268: Even if IRCC respond can your visa ready tomorrow? Your better bet is to defer to January 2024 okay thank you. So my reason will be because of the delay in responding from IRCC? Please put me through |

Hello everyone, please I will like someone to enlighten me on COMMON LAW PARTNER. I am already processing my MSc in Canada west and I also want to bring along my common law partner and 2kids I have been separated from my wife for over 8years and being with my common law partner for the past 3years. My divorce case is in process but not sure it will be over before I leave for my studies. Can I still apply for my common law partner and 2kids to join me? Even with the divorce case in process?
