There is an ongoing debate as to whether the Internet and its associated tools are capable of playing significant roles in crime prevention within our communities?

This centers on whether the internet can really help communities to network and collaborate against crime through online social interactions that is now accessible in virtually all mobile phones as well as regular computers. ….Or, whether the internet is helping criminals to more effectively, plan, coordinate, execute and cover their criminal acts.
