Sir,

An acre has 6 plots but you just quoted price of 10 plots! Checking from your previous post. Should it not be 270k & 450K per acre respectively?

Is the area relatively free of marauding Fulani herdsmen?
Yes, you are right 6 plots in acre. Am sorry I wanted to write hectare. The plot is 100 by 100, there are 10 plots in an hectare. We have 10, 20, 23, 60 and 200 hectares in different location in nasarawa-keffi axis. The price range 9M, 15M, 17.2M, 27M and 120M respectively. We are going. to take you round the whole lands then you decide the one you like.
As for fulani, you can only keep them away by fencing the land and we can assured you of safety in the communities

The presence of venture capital industry in Nigeria is unnoticed and ignored, despite the fact that the country has formidable assets that will necessarily provide the foundation for future economic growth, the country still lacks the venture capital investors needed to help translate these assets into high value firms, products and services, especially now that growing new industries and jobs creation in the country are more urgent than ever. Though there few venture capitalists in the country.

BusinessRe: Crowd Funding In Nigeria. Intelligent minds, lets discuss. by iyoema(m): 2:10am On Oct 05, 2013
I was looking for information on the licensing and legal needed to set up crowdfunding platform in Nigeria when I storm into this thread, I am very happy with the level of interest shown so far. To my understanding, crowdfunding is describes as a collaborative process of financial support from a large group of individuals, usually via the internet, to fund a business, project or idea. Crowdfunding will be an effective method of raising finance for people with creative projects to fund their goals. It involves Soliciting and Collecting relatively small amounts of money from a large number of people .
There are four basic types of crowdfunding, it depend on the type you interested to set up, they are:
• Donation-based
• Reward- based,
• Equity-based
• Lending or debt- based
Currently, I am planning to create online crowdfunding platform similar to www.kickstarter.com, www.indiegogo.com, www.rockethub.com in Nigeria in order to boost small enterprises in the Country. I am looking for information on the licensing and legal needed to set up the platform. All that I needed to kick off the platform are ready such as domain, concept, website wireframe, marketing plan, and API but I still want to look into the legal issue and everything it takes before I officially launch the platform. It is time to be creative and think on how to improved our country in one area or the other and stop beating around the bush and wait for government to do all things. Please any body with useful information on legal issue concerning crowdfunding in Nigeria should post or contact me. Thanks
