That’s why the country has highest suicide rates in the world.

I’m convinced that marriages could instantly improve if wives would STOP doing the following nine things (in no particular order)…
1. Stop expecting your husband to read your mind.

That’s a generalization, but it often holds true. Men aren’t as good at picking up on the nonverbals. We are more concrete in our communication. We need you to spell things out clearly with your words. Don’t be angry at your husband for not knowing something if you haven’t clearly communicated it to him. Be direct. He will appreciate it and it will save you both a lot of unnecessary frustration.

#2 happens often and it’s one of men’s biggest frustrations in marriage…
2. Stop using sex as a bargaining chip.

Most men have a greater need for sexual frequency than women. Again, this is a generalization, but it holds true in most cases. Sometimes a wife can be tempted to “leverage” this primal need in her husband by giving or withholding sex as a bargaining chip. It might not be spoken out loud, but there’s an underlying message that, “If you do this, you’ll get it, but if you don’t do what I won’t, then it will be a cold night for you.” Using sex as a rewards or punishment cheapens the intimacy in your marriage and causes resentment to form in both spouses.
#3 is one of the most common mistakes in marriage…

3. Stop nagging your husband (or speaking negatively about your husband to your friends or online).

The tone of your words will shape the tone of your marriage. Don’t speak negatively to your husband or about your husband. Choose to build him up. This doesn’t mean you can never call him out for something



he’s doing wrong, but even then, do it with respect. A husband can do anything if he believes his wife truly respects him. A husband will be tempted to give up altogether if he feels that he always falls short of his wife’s expectations. The Bible even says, “Better to live in a desert than with a quarrelsome and nagging wife.” (Proverbs 21:19)

Troops of Operation Lafiya Dole have gone after Boko Haram terrorist hiding inside forests in a clearance operation that successfully rooted the fleeing terrorists.
In a statement by Brigadier-General Kukasheka Usman, he said the operation was carried out on Saturday, March 11 at Manlumudori, Aridi, Filari, Kingimari, Dinamari, Itari and Mirimari villages.

He said the operation also led to search operations in some villages as the terrorists try to find new haven after they were rooted out of Sambisa forest.

The range of operations are aimed at routing the remnants of Boko Haram terrorists who are seeking refuge in some remote locations in the forests.

So I entered this bus, no space at the back so I sat at the front. And that was when it all began. As the bus was moving I started feeling dizzy and I slept off. Before I slept off I checked the back sit and everyone was asleep. Then I started feeling some moves on the chair and before I knew it the lady beside me held my stuff so tight and that was when I woke up and shouted and every one at the back woke up and they were like what happened to us. Then I screamed 'driver was fingering a lady. And every one were like what!!! Even the lady that was fingered by the driver was shocked at what was going on. And then every one forced the driver to confess.
Here was it he said. My anger is who is the highly irresponsible adult who had the time to take photos of these children before separating them, instead of instinctively doing what a sane, grown up person ought to do?
