kedeojo: You are right. How will they attain presidency when they are busy burning political bridges from north to south west. I am not against Igbo to be president but against their method and ways of how to get it. They are not political swauvy. The Northerners expecially the north west and east are not really friend to south west but this people knows you must depend on one another to get presidency. Buhari contested for three times and failed to get the needed vote to be president, when Tinubu throw support and galvanized others for Buhari, we all saw the result. Ego and pride has killed most igbos. Everybody have area of strength and if anyone has what you don't have, wisdom demand you meet them or even if to pledge loyalty to get what you want. My governor is a case study, he wasn't Oshiomole's candidate but after the intervention of Tinubu and he got the Apc ticket, he pledge loyalty to him and today he is the governor. Take away Oshiomole's support, he won't have won. Oshiomole campaigned vigorously for him, he went to all ward and he was able to point one of two projects executed in almost all the wards visited. If it were to be our brothers from the niger, as soon as he picked the party ticket, he will listen to others who didn't want oshiomole to give the ticket to the current deputy governor and start pick fight and that would have made him to lose woefully. Oshiomole remains the biggest political brand in Edo state for now. You must humble to get what you want. You people can't be fighting a supremacy battle in Lagos with Yorubas, who owns the land. That will definitely end in tears and lost. Yes Yorubas has their own shortcomings too but they are the most accommodating tribe in Nigeria. Ask yourself why other tribes are peaceful with Yorubas in Lagos and south west in general and you are not. Pride and bragging has been the problems of igbos. They brag too much. Do you think other tribes don't have businesses or properties. AIT and Channels are both own by two Etsako tribemen of Edo state and they have been there for decades without no problem with their host. I personally know of many big businesses own by Edo people. keep your presidency. How has it helped you. There is no federal presence in the south east and we like it like that. It's on record that nigeria is the way it is today because of yoruba and hausa/fulani presidents. Keep it. |

kedeojo: My submission too. What I notice about the Biafra movement is the clamour more of the poor ones. The igbos with oil well, will they support Biafra against Nigeria, when they know the will lose their licenses. Let them keep making noise on niaraland. Nobody is holding igbos about going, they are the ones holding themselves. Have they sat anyway to discuss it. Let them conduct mock referendum within themselves first to know if they are serious. Today they want president, tomorrow Biafra. This is the problem with yoruba people. Always waiting for the rich to do or say something and point them to somewhere before they follow. Igbo man is different, we already know that the rich will never speak on our behalf and we don't have to wait for them. |
Politics › Re: Igbo Supremacy Agenda by izombie(m): 8:53am On Dec 05, 2024 |
kedeojo: If you want to leave Nigeria and get your Biafra, you people no what to do. We have seen some African countries do. Go and follow their process and stop be stupid with these half baked talk most of you always do. You can start by not participating in election and program of the government, like immunization. You people should stop applying for government work and contracts. I don't take you people serious anyday cos I know you people are not stable. Have you people not be crying of Tinubu favouring his Yoruba and you people even said how many igbos in his government. Today you want presidency but when you people lose out, you remember Biafra. You people in all your five state should first conduct a mock referendum to ascertain how ready you are and now take it up. Most poor igbos are the ones mostly shouting Biafra. You are not getting the point. It doesn't matter whether you take us serious or not or what we do. Fact is, whenever talks of biafra, ipob, nnamdi kanu are brought up, you, yes you will immediately be on attack mode. Something is really wrong with you people. |

They should use that census money to set up a database with every nigerian and every birth/death recorded so that next time they wanna know how many nigerians are, they go to the database and click. Simple and easy. |

BlackManta: I promise you nothing will fall in place in season 4
Three seasons have gone and we still don't know the origin of town or the monsters
Yet you hope to get those answers in season 4
Please wake up From what i understand so far and i could be wrong, the man in yellow that killed jim promised the villagers of living for eternity if they sacrificed their children. All of them did except tabitha and the guy that also sees the angkooyey kids, forgot his name. Recall the monsters started acting differently when Boyd killed one of them. That's when fatima became pregnant...ish. That's also when that lady started appearing to elgin while he was in the bathtub. Tabitha remembers being there before because she has. She was miranda. Also that man, i think his name is jade, also sees somethings to show he has been there before. That's why those children were telling tabitha to angkooyey..... Which means REMEMBER. That's why the voices told sara to kill Tabitha's son in season one. I also think jade was the boy in white. Also, smiley was reborn which is in line with the promise made to those that sacrificed their children. As to why, i still don't know yet. Maybe in season 4. The last scene where jim got killed will be in the future because if you look very well, julie looks older there and her hair looks darker. Well, that's what i get from FROM so far. Aside a few scenes that just isn't necessary, i think it's a great show. |

mrvitalis: It's funny people are just ignorant when it comes to marriage list
70% of things in most marriage list would be used to serve people on the traditional marriage ceremony
I don't know of other places... But in Mbaise those high bills are placed so that u don't pay complete...See as you dey say not more than 100k. I am from Anambra and none of my sister's bride prices pass 1000 naira. In fact if a family bills you 1 million and you pay it... It's insulting to the family, it is meant to be seeing that you scrapped everything you own and yet could not still afford our daughter so that you then take her on credit and continue to pay till death
"My in-laws please this is what I can afford, but as you know they dont finish marrying a wife, I would continue to balance the bride price forever ".. ... The above statement would make what ever you present acceptable
It's important to have a friend from the area of your wife to help you navigate
I am from Mbaise none of my sisters husband spent more than 100k on actual bribe price and we hosted the traditional marriage reception from pocket... While the men handled the white weddings |

It's becoming boring. No one thing has been solved. Every single scene is about people talking about what already happened in the show. N0nsense |

I have gone to a lot of first world countries and i have realised that God will never ever fix naija roads or build hospitals or give us constant electricity or give us good police men and etc. These people do what needs to be done for everyone and everywhere in their countries. I have been to oyibo church many times and i enjoy it. They give you the words from the bible and teach you how to apply it in your everyday life. There's no stand up and shout hallelujah, no 'if you believe it come and drop some money at the altar'. No binding and casting. And no ojoro. If nigerians like, pray from here to bujumbari, God will never fix what he has already given you the capacity to fix. |
