Words can't be used to expressed how happy and fulfilled I am. I can remember some days back when I felt like the world has really ended for me.
I still wonder what I would've done or be up to if a forum like nairaland never existed.

Firstly, my family never knew what I was doing with my phone over the few days. They thought that all hope was lost until today when I broke the news to them. If my family knew who my helpers are, they will definitely ooze off to their abode without minding if they have clothes on them. The happiness glowing in each of my family member's face today can't be measured. But in all, they're still feeling as if they're not being good because they don't know how to say their own THANKS to my eleventh hour helpers or even MY LAST MINUTE ANGELS .



DETAILS OF EVERYTHING

1. Mrs Lifemapempire, sent a whooping sum of N50 000 naira to me today and also promised on giving me a huge sum of N5 000 monthly for three months. What miracle is greater than this? Actually Ma, I don't just know how to thank you but God in heaven, the Almighty will replenish your pulse in thousand folds, Amen.

2. Mrs Ugo Nyanyafu sent to me a N30 000 worth airtime, Clothes and shoes and a BlackBerry phone worth N55 000. When she actually told me this, my lips dropped down in awe. I was hysterical with joy cos my joy knew no bounds. Ma, u're a woman of God indeed and may our Almighty God refill ur pulse in thousand folds, Amen.

3. Mr Tunde, also known as befto in this noble forum transferred a huge sum of N10 000 to me this afternoon. Sir, I don't know you neither do you know me but with this act, anything you'll lay ur hands upon will flourish like palm planted by the river side.

4. Two anonymous nairalanders sent a sum of N17 000 to me today. One paid in N7 000 and the other N10 000. It's very saddening that I didn't get to know their names nor chatted with them at least. I know that u two will read this. Wherever you two are, may the good Lord protect and guide all of your paths in Jesus name, Amen. May your pockets be filled in thousand folds in Jesus name, Amen.


5. Sir I can't go against ur wish despite the impelling urge on me to mention ur name. You did as u promised that U'll send across to me a huge sum of N75 000. You're of a kind really that's quite rare. I was dumbfounded when I saw the alert this night. How can I thank you more?
I'll refer to u as anonymous though I don't like it but that's what you want me to refer to u as. For the N75 000 u sent to me, bad things shall not come ur way again. Ur generations will not encounter lack again and may ur pulse be filled in thousand folds, Amen.

I can go on and on but what I want you all to know is that I can't really thank you all the way my mother is currently thanking you people. She's actually like "are you for real" when I told her that I'll be resuming school on Monday. My siblings are very happy about you all. They are really baffled on how those I don't know could help me whereas those close to me shut their doors on me. We'll be praying for you all.
All of you guys' dreams will never be thwarted. You all will flourish like palm trees planted by the riverside. All of ur pockets shall over flow with cash. Any of u guys' plans and goals this year and years to come will be realistic and achieved at the end in Jesus name, Amen.

My Schedule

I'll be going to UNN on Friday to make all the necessary payments which are actually my school fees of N58 950 and the laptop fee of N70 000. I'll post the pix of the receipts of all the payments after I must've paid it. My immediate younger sister will wash the plates, pots and other things she has already bought for me since last year on Saturday and finally, I'll travel back as a lion(name given to a UNN male student while the females are the lioness) to the DEN as a full student on Monday.

CONCLUSIVELY

Another God sent woman called me this morning. She's no other than Mrs Nyanyafu.
Words can't describe how happy I am about what she did.
She promised to send me a Blackberry phone worth close to 55k which I'll sell at Emeka Offor plaza in main market Onitsha, a 30k worth airtime which I'll also sell to retailers around and finally clothes and shoes which I'll wear while in school.
Am so happy on hearing this good news.
May God bless her wherever she's.

According to earthrealm,

I received a call from a Lady(God sent though). I don't know if she'll be pleased if I mention her name though. So she promised to send 50k before 2pm tomorrow and also promised to be sending across to me a whole sum of 5k monthly for three months. She's truly a God sent as this will help in a bigger way.

I ve also seen pm and I've replied them, so am optimistically hoping that something good happens.
To those that sent me pm, am really grateful, so I'll be glad if I get a response from u all.

If anyone has made any payment in my account, then I've not seen any alert cos the sim I registered my account with was stolen about three months ago which I'll try as much as possible to retrieve the number tomorrow through welcome back from Mtn. But meanwhile, I'll check on the customer care of my bank or use ATM rather to know if there's any payment made. I can actually see the light shining at the end of the tunnel.

My opinion tho..the passion you have is rare!but however ...the world is advanced now i would suggest you work and school
National open university is there..you can save up in bits..work/business+school....you still get to take care of your siblings and yourself,and you achieve your dream of getting an education.Nothing good comes easy....if you are given the money for school what about subsequent times+other responsibilities

Thanks for ur understanding Sir. If I tell u the extent of what I've done to see what I can do to pay this money, u won't believe me. I've learnt so much in life that life is all about how we view things. Am not against ur assertion cos there are many of scammers. Upon all my proofs, u still doubt the authenticity of my posts.
Ur perception is good enough but what I want u to know is that am for real. I've given my email out, u can mail me and I'll give u my password in UNN's portal and my reg no so that U'll know if I've paid anything other than my acceptance fee. U can get the proof u Want. Just tell the side of my story which u need its proof.

I am a former student of UNN. I remember in my first year, how my roommate, who was the same age as the OP, left his course in 200 level to study Geology. And they were just about 50 in his new class. Back then, I could not comprehend why he did that. ... But now I understand.


Geology? Geology? And someone is telling him to ... to do what again, forfeit it? Ha!

It won't be easy, but it is worth it. The prospect in studying that course is very good. OP perhaps does not know there is something called PTDF scholarship, aside the numerous ones that abound for other students. His zeal to study will take him far. I've seen it happen before.


So OP, don't let anyone discourage you. Don't. What you have now -- your admission -- is a treasure worth many millions you could ever dream of.

I have a word. Go to CASOR UNN (a student fellowship), meet the President and tell him your story. I was a CASORITE, I have been part of a meeting where funds were being raised for students who could not pay their fees. They will help you.

Am a catholic, hope I'll be attendee to ?

If it's the affirmation, I'll go and meet them. Even If they'll want me to pay back, I'll do so definitely in due time.

I like that you have a dream and you are very willing to follow it. Education is still a very key factor in one's progress in life, may we all not have issues in getting progressive knowledge IJN. Amen.
That said,i pray He opens doors for you that you never even knew were there.
I know about two people who had issues with paying their school fees, people who found it hard to spend 500 a week for food, infact 500 was too much but their determination? It paved the way for their success and today? They are so successful! Because they know their story, they know where they are coming from and the drive to succeed is high in them.
Try to apply to companies for scholarship or to your church. I am sure God will see you through your years in school effortlessly IJN. Amen

I'll look out for scholarships if I get in cos geology has tons of scholarships which it's qualified to.

be on the lookout for schorlarships, exxon/nnpc/elf/chevron usually have schorlarships for 1st yr and 2nd yr students, be on the look out for that.
i was from a poor home, my first year was tough, but while my mates were going to parties or chasing freshers...i was studying in the library...thats where i came across a newspaper about the shell scholarship, applied...was shortlisted for the test...travellled to ph from unn to write the test, passed...and shell started paying me 50k/yr......wch was a lot of money back then, now it might be 100k or 200k/yr......now all that is behind me

where there is a will there is a way.............i would hv said you shud get a part time job/do ond etc {university education isnt actually for everybody)....but u sound very determined, and you write/speak well........good to see no/few grammatical/spelling errors in your write up...keep it up.

Scholarship is one of the myriad of reasons I said that I'll know my way when I get into school. Although I can do other things in school.

Actually since I've paid the acceptance fee. What's remaining is the laptop fee of N70 000 and N58 950 which is N128 950. But according to the school and those that were cleared, I can pay the laptop on installment of N25 000 basis.
So the money I need now is N58 950(school fees) and N25 000 which will amount to N83 950.

Since you have paid the acceptance feen Defer the admission for one year by contacting the Dean and HOD, then you can resume when you have worked and pooled resources together.

A friend in the school told me that I'll still ve to pay for this year's fees and that of next year. I had considered deferment but I don't see it as an option now...

Really!!, education is a must in this country , business is side ways . u can b educated and own a business. ask all those trader whose shop were demolished .some of them will which that they were educated so that they can have something to go back to. with education u can always dust ursef up and keep on working even after a mishap.
