Good question, if you did that successfully yesterday morning, then you were lucky. As we speak, no one has been able to upload any passport.

The problem is that I can't see any support helpline to contact them on this issue.

This passport upload is really giving me tough time, I have compressed to different size but below 320kb but it has refused to upload. Please somebody help
