Yeah, I try to balance speed with understanding. Most times I sacrifice speed for better understanding of what I'm reading and other times the more interesting the book is, the slower I read.

Try consistently mailing them till your issue is rectified. They'll even lift the ban too.

The ban has been lifted and I've already rewritten the update although not word for word. Thanks by the way, next time I'll just do as you recommended but hopefully there won't be a next time.

Yeah, Airtel used to be Zain but it seems using Zain as APN only works for some sites.

Hey, I've found the solution to my mail problem, as it turns out because I formatted the phone, my APN changed to Zain ng which is the default setting. I've changed it back to Airtel ng and now I can access my mail and other sites again.
So expect my message today.
