Good post.
But I beg to differ that the that fire-works is a life changing invention.
Firework is just for display and fun but it doesn't really change or affect our lives like the x-ray, printing, etc
But I must commend the post sha

It's so true that Nigerians and especially those in government have a very short memory. Is it not the same Federal government that said 16 defeated 19 and congratulated some1 that scored 16 as the winner? Borrowing a leaf from that, why cnt they agree that 42 out of 61 is a minority and therefore losses the vote? Funny bunch

CrimeRe: Nigerian Arrested For Strangling Italian Woman To Death. by jackal001: 12:10am On Nov 26, 2013
This idiot of a boy is more than silly. So daft to the point of parting with the victim's phone which eventually did him in. Of course am not suggesting ways of evading arrest after a crime, God forbid, but am appalled by his plain stupidity. With his kind of fish brain, am not surprised he is homeless cos that environment is far more advanced for him and so he couldn't key in, moreso as a black foreigner.
I hope he is not being framed just because he is black because this happens a lot. And if he is being framed up question is, what was he doing with the dead woman's phone? This idiot could have been better off in Naija if he hadn't travelled out to a foreign land where there are no greener pastures for him. May justice prevail is all i can say

RUBBISH! So this is how to justify the loot for a a bullet-proof car?
If this really happened I guess she has nothing to worry about and I don't see the need of reporting it to the police since she is already over-protected by the over-expensive bulletproof cars. Who knows, maybe those guys wanted to test to confirm the car is bulletproof.
Pls stop insulting us with childish pranks. Idiots!

Kayce19 this list is a complete trash. Pls always avoid going public on subjects you have littlr or no knowledge at all about. I know and I've seen companies where some of the managers that are far below their CEOs earning as much as N60m per annum! If this is the case, can you guess what such CEOs earn? You're here quoting 'whopping N77m' as oustanding without having sufficient facts. I think what you're doing is simply to write some form of autobiography on thise banks' heads and a hint on their pay. But these are certainly not the highest paid CEOs in Nigeria! Always try to get ur facts correct or you can as well be silent on what u're not sure of. I hope you'll note this correction

Hmmm see good news for some sisters...If this woman (man b4) has no ovaries and no womb it therefore means that market don show be that. She can be 'hawking' 24/7 without fear of pregnancy or even the occasional commercial break ocassioned by some days of monthly cycle activities. To some, this could be a good news...seriously!

BTW, these are what this guy does to appear this way:
1)He did sex reassignment surgery for male-to-female transgender;
2)He has reshaped the male genitals into a form with the appearance of and, as far as possible, the function of female Instruments.
3)He underwent hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and depending on the age at which HRT begins,
which includes:
- facial hair removal.
-Other surgeries undergone include facial feminization surgery,
-breast augmentation, and various other procedures.

Even with all these procedures:
Trans women do not have ovaries or uteruses.
This means that they are unable to bear children or menstruate,
and that they will need to remain on hormone therapy after their surgery to maintain female hormonal status angry.

What's the need huh!

SportsRe: Rate Nigeria's Match Against Italy by jackal001: 9:45am On Nov 19, 2013
Nigeria did it so well during the first half and this was very clear for all to see. But I just couldn't understand their reason for some of the bad tackles that were so unnecessary and uncalled for during the second half.
And for God's sake what is the lazy Mikel still doing in Super eagles and why should Brown Ideye be called even to the bench? As far as am concerned this two should have no more business in the team. Mikel especially should be given Osaze's treatment Asap. He's just too proud and lazy, can't lay good passes and hold on to the ball stupidly

Hahahahaha.....OMG so there is a railway corporation in Nigeria? These clowns called leaders will not stop making me laff! And he was getting funds and 'chopping' it nyafu nyafu in the name of railway when all we see are abandoned/rusted tracks overgrown with weeds (I wonder why our boys have not recycled these metals already) and then a few rickety relics in Lagos heavily surrounded by hustlers hanging all over them just to be at par with the slumdogs in India. I guess I might have been sleeping all my life, never knew there was a railway corporation in Naija. And just when I was finally awakened, the oga at the top has resigned, meaning I may still not get to see a working train in
Naija after I've woken up....God help us

Why is he spewing out rubbish continuously like a malfunctioned robot? And this is the man PDP guys want the deputy governor/acting governor be taking orders from? Shameless party!
This is a very sad situation and I don't think you should say a thing like this to this man. Don't get me wrong, I don't our politicians because they neither like nor care about us and we know their only concern is to loot our common wealth. That aside, this man is clearly held and manipulated against his wish. I'm so sure he doesn't even know what these people are doing to him.
For the sake of humanity, we should show sympathy to this man's condition and pray the fools and looters around him will let him rest. This is a fellow human being in a terrible condition. I think we should show him sympathy and not describe him as a robot.
Music/RadioWhat Type Of Saxophone And Keyboard Should I Buy? by jackal001(op): 7:59pm On Sep 04, 2013
I have long been nursing interest in playing musical instruments as a hobby. I am particularly interested in saxophone and piano keyboard.
I noticed that the Saxophone has the Alto, Soprano and Tenor types. I get confused because I don't know which one to go for. But basically I need the one that can play harmonious music solo (alone and not requiring other musical instrument to make sense of songs played) e.g. playing the Kenny G type of music. I also came across the 'flat' and 'sharp' musical jargons which is all the more confusing to me. I almost bought the alto type b4 I realize there are others too.

As for the keyboard, though it's not much of an issue, I'll still appreciate any information that will guide me in making a good choice. I know brands like Yamaha, Casio, etc exist.
Let me point out that I am just a beginner for both instruments. Infact an intended beginner because I've not started learning them yet.

Nairalanders please tell me which type of the Sax and keyboard will serve my need. I count on you for good guidance. Thanks a lot.

Big brother or whatever shameless names it calls itself is morally BANKRUPT!
I keep wondering why this kind of show of shame is happening in Africa. Where is our 'Africanness'? We mostly believe the western world to be wayward and lacking in morals but UK and US have since stopped this rubbish because of the many obviously glaring decadence happening in such shows.
Thank God am not even watching it. I don't even intend to
Technology MarketHow Do I Unlock Etisalat Modem (huawei E586es-2) To Use With Other Sims? by jackal001(op): 3:56pm On Jul 13, 2013
Hello Nairalanders, please I need help on how to unlock my Etisalat modem, a Huawei model E586Es-2.
I have tried doing this by using the universal unlock code generator but there was no success when I entered the code.
10 attempts are allowed after which it will lock permanently, I'm told. I have tried it 8 times already and so I'm left with just two last attempts.
Any useful info on how to go about this will be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance...

Car TalkRe: MAZDA 2008 Battery/non-starting Problem by jackal001(op): 11:06am On Apr 01, 2013
Pls ZIM, which other scanner will you recommend?

try other scanners and also check all your fuses but investigate why the battery drained eg if u left the radio on, you left the lights on even if u didnt properly shut the door some cars, wires to the alarm horn are disconneted & the alarm goes off becoz the doors are not properly shut & sound wont come out since wires are cut but it drains the battery

but dont panic scan your 1st and we work from the code and the dead battery might be also that it nolonger holding a charge[/quote]

Nice one Zim Drill, that's quite a good lesson on the alarm wiring thing. I never knew of this b4 now. Yes I've been giving a thought of thoroughly checking to confirm why the battery got drained in the first place. I will also try to take the battery for re-charging and see if the charge will stay or not. In that case the question of why the fuse(if it is found to be the cause) melted. Am presently out of town and hope to do this when am back. Thanks

Car TalkRe: MAZDA 2008 Battery/non-starting Problem by jackal001(op): 6:05pm On Mar 31, 2013
The only light that stays on the dashboard is the Check Engine after the ignition has been turned on. When ignition is off no other light stays on the dash. As per the cranking, it does that very well and sometimes with the usual pre-starting sound but that dies down immediately.
Car TalkRe: MAZDA 2008 Battery/non-starting Problem by jackal001(op): 7:55am On Mar 31, 2013
@kablooee: Yes it does make a sound as if it wants to start. I dnt knw if that is called cranking.
Someone advised me to use the 'Clear' function to wipe out the Check Engine error. I've not done this because I dnt want to take chances. Thanks

Mayor, thanks so much for taking your time to offer this advice.
What I mean by jumper is to connect the battery head (terminal to terminal) to that of the Mazda, I didn't double the battery for year of damage as you mentioned.
Also, I think the INNOVA I used is 3100. Not quite sure though but it's something of that number. I tried it in another car (Camry 2004) and it was able to detect something.
Thanks once again.
