I remember 2024 when I came here because of my visit visa, I got it and proceeded to get my fiance visa. I came to the uk and got married. I just got my uk spouse visa for 5 years. I got 5 years because my hubby is in the military. To cashmadam, Giselle and the others, thank you very much. The advice you gave here helped me. Thank you all.

1. 50k as my monthly expenditure.
2. 2.4 million annually.
3. I don't have any dependants. I used my mum, siblings and my business as home ties. Like I said, I didn't submit my bank statements.

1. Purpose of visit was to spend time with my boyfriend, meet his family and friends because he has been to Nigeria to visit mine and he wanted me to meet his. I just said I planned to visit Manchester, Newcastle because his family lives there. I didn't write much on what I planned to do.

1. Yes, my boyfriend sponsored my whole trip.
2. The part where I was asked "how much are they paying towards the trip", I put in £2000. The part I was asked "how much are you personally paying towards the trip, I put in £1. You get the difference now?

2. My boyfriend's monthly salary was enough to sponsor me, though he didn't have any savings but his payslips showed he had enough to fully sponsor me.

I got my visa on the 14th of June and I didn't submit my bank statements, just that of my boyfriend and his payslips.

You claim you earn 960k per month is this net or Gross pay and if you earn that much why is your savings between 2m -3m ,next question is do you have any family tie in nigeria married with kids or have any property aside working in the bank ,do you have other investment DM me

The only family ties I had was my family (my mum and siblings) and my very small business(very small oo). My CAC was even inactive. My boyfriend wanted me to stay for 2 months but I can't count the number of times people said applying for a month or more won't work, but we still did and got the visa. I have learnt that every application is different. Don't be afraid to try because if I was, I wouldn't have gotten my visa.

I think I have similar issues with my wifes application....We got married last year and since then we haven't seen each....I'm on PSW visa and i want to invite her over to be fully funded by me..She's unemployed.

The only travel experience I have is the Ghana vacation we had together.
There was lot of outgoings. Truthfully, my boyfriend's account didn't have any savings. But the payslips showed he earned enough to sponsor the trip.

Three months is too long to be a burden on a sponsor anywhere in the world. Put two weeks and show the workings of what will carry you back to Nigeria after two weeks.

Well said. Everybody's luck is different because no matter what we all say here, a little bit of luck is needed for visa application.

Your concerns are baseless and misplaced.

1 you do not own the company you work in so you have no business showing tax clearance certificate.

2. You are saying you want to stay only one month only in the UK. Why not Google the cheapest hotel in UK and see how much you will spend per day in such a hotel before concluding.

3. You are not even concerned about the fact that your salary can't afford a plane ticket out of Nigeria. Neither are you concerned about the fact that your employment letter has temporary written on it.

It will take a miracle for a visa officer to agree for you
