To recoup the money invested means...#15,000,000÷#720,000= 21years .

Let say the rent increase later and it's now 80k like after 5 years....it will still take like 15years atleast to recoup the capital.


This is not investment, it's simply scam.... I know of 14 unit self contain someone bought for 3.5m and the rent is this same 60,000 for polytechnic students. That's investment
