UltraSolid: Ordinarily, and applied to most individuals worldwide, your advice is good. Yet I understand JagabanBorgu too. Nigerians are the most ungracious, immodest, emptily arrogant and difficult people in the world.
Most only take a core interest in what moves them personally. Yet they are always ready to put their ignorant mouth uncouthly into matters they know nothing about.
People who do not suffer fools gladly, because they know the effort they put into research to be informed and knowledgeable commentators, will eventually and routinely become insultively against most Nigerians whose public commentary style, based on confronting others ignorantly and uncouthly, is offensive.
The ignorant know-it- all-above-everyone-else persona of many Nigerians is what gets us hated worldwide. If Nigerians can be humble and summit themselves to learning from others then I am sure they'd get polite and gracious responses because not many are born to respond to polite and humble enquiries with vitriol. You have said it all, although I don't want give more comments to this thread. The crop of people you described will still not learn anything other than talking. |

DomPerignon: No matter how lush the grass fields are, if you don't have the right breed, your herd of cattle will not grow beyond their breed species size.
Enter Dr Okafor, a 65 yr old medical doctor operating a personal practice in the US which he has acquired citizenship after years of being a legal resident and practicing medical practitioner.
Okafor was arrested by the authorities for turning his personal practice into a pill mill by dispensing highly controlled pain killers and anti depressant medication to street side drug peddlers.
Is it America's economy that drove Dr Okafor into a life of crime ?
Okafor being a medical practitioner falls under the category of the 1% highly skilled and well paid professionals in the US. Okafor moved to the US to seek a better working environment were wages for his skill are far higher than what most countries offer their own medical practitioners. Okafor is also in a first world functioning society that is the most prosperous that humanity has ever created since the inception of man on earth.
So what excuse drove Dr Okafor to reduce his practice to a mere street drug dealer? "Okafor is also in a first world functioning society that is the most prosperous that humanity has ever created since the inception of man on earth." This statement right here shows that the poster is not in tune with reality. By what standards did you come to make this conclusions? By ignorance I guess, read books before making outrageous claims, engage learned and exposed minds before coming to outrageous conclusions. "First world", "second world" and "third world" are names used to refer to countries that align with the US during the cold war, those that aligned with Russia and those that were neutral respectively. Those who brought the words are no longer using it and scrap it out but those who dóñ't understand what it means are busy using it. The irony of this statement is that most of you using it don't even know when and how to use it. It's really pàthètic. |

LandlockedApes: america and UK was built by the govt oga. The govt build infrastructures and sell to private to earn profit. LASG should complete eko Atlantic and sell to private. "America and UK was built by the govt" clearly shows u are Iost and shouldn't be making a post about society building in the first place. Before posting about a topic, make a research, that's how you can post properly, the irony of posts in Nigeria is that it has no meaning, no aim and objectives, no scope, no justification, no direction, it's just fuelled by the urge to talk so even the poster most of the time is ignorant. |

Sugarboyy: They are wired to always complain. Ask him if he tried to invest like $1b in EAC and the LASG rejected his investment. Also, it's slow according to him because it's real money that they use to invest there and not those kind of Cubana Chief Priest and iPods online billionaire money. People who talk and compare never contribute anything to the society, watch out for them in ur daily life in Nigeria and see, they never contribute anything, they are the type that will complain that a log of wood is laying across the road but call them to join you so you remove it from the road, they will tell it's not their duty. |

Dubai was built by their government and not the citizens. It was built by a govt with excessive revenue from oil. I always say the average Nigerian is only good at talking nothing more. U all make comparisons only when it favors u, was America built by the government too? Was the UK built by the Govt? First bank is building a HQ there, join them to build your own too instead of taIking. Egypt is building a capital with money from China, I'm sure u will call any govt that tries that in Nigeria names without end. |

Invest your money to make it faster, the only thing the average Nigerian is good is talking. Eko Atlantic city is an initiative of LASG the one you are comparing with is a national project building a new capital, u Iots are reaIIy pàthètic. Egypt's new capital is financed majorly by the Chinese, if Tinubu replicate something like that today, u will make dozens of posts to tell us how it's not important, same way Lienus and his cronies will post and post but here u are making comparison between that a project initiated by a state govt.
Invest your money to make it faster. |

bookson: The matter is tiring i tell you. These wicked people are exploiting the illiteracy of the people at a time where poverty is full blown in the land.
Has anyone ever heard of any senator from Kogi central? They go there and keep quiet till their tenure ends. Natasha's crimes include: 1. The APC crooks led by Yeye Bello she defeated to reclaim her mandate 2. Ajaokuta steel company she is fighting to be revived. There are powers who don't want that company to work again and they are fighting tooth and nail against her efforts 3. The sexual advances of that shameless SP she turned down. The useless man thinks that she will sell her body just so he could help her push for the revitalization of Ajaokuta steel company. This is why he kept trying to frustrate her. This is abuse of office.
But the people she is fighting for are still the ones they are trying to use against her
Nigerians really deserve the kind of leaders they have for sure. SMH She hasn't done anything different from the kind of leaders you think Nigerians deserve yet you think you are different from the average Nigerian. |

If you ask the poster, he will tell you how he has an IQ far greater than that of Plato and Aristotle combined, ironically same person is telling us that 45 year old woman is being sexuaIIy abused, same woman that has àccused others of making sexual advances to her in the past and going ahead to delete the post when she was held accountable and she had to involve respected figures to beg her way out of it, same woman with a record of multiple husbands, I'm sure she's a baby now that is supposed to be learning under Akpabio and Akpabio is hàrràssing her.
There's nothing poIitics has not done to Nigerians yet the average Nigerian always think he is smart.
If Tinubu and this same Akpabio goes head to head and Natasha starts supporting Tinubu today, this same poster will swap the story and tell u how she was faIseIy accusing Akpabio. |

I'm not particularly defending Fubara, afterall, he joined Wike to rig Obi out for Tinubu so he had it coming but I'm defending the constitution that prevents an elected official from removing another elected official If Rivers election was rigged like u guys have been claiming for almost 2 years now, who then elected Fubara in Rivers? Does a rigged result translate to elected official? U see how talks come back to bîtè? U said there was no election in Rivers that Wike wrote results, today, Fubara is an elected official. |

I'm a proud graduate and that department of chemical engineering is proud of me.
