After thinking for some minutes, I realized he was a beneficiary of "Elupee top to bottom" mantra, the mob sold the idea that anyone running on LP platform is a saint, it's almost # years and no Elupee elite politician that got into office has done anything spectacular that has not been done before. |

Fóolish Reno
If your god Tinubu replicate half of what Adeleke is doing in Osun state in federal level , the country wouldn't be at this woefull current state.
You have mouth to say nonsense about Adeleke that is billion times better than your new found god but praise your new found god to high heavens, even when it's obviously clear that your new found god is a destined failure.
Don't worry, your appointment is on the way. You'll be appointed, this I am sure of it. Osun is one of the Ieast progressive state in SW, passing through SW, it's gIaring, so Adeleke is doing great in that state? Obidents. |

Politics › Re: The Arrest Of Simon Ekpa Doesn't Really Solve Anything by JagabanBorgu: 7:12pm On Nov 21, 2024 |
gidgiddy: I remember years ago when people were screaming all over the Internet that IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu should be arrested. That his arrest will do a lot of good
Nnamdi Kanu has been in detention for over three years, he is more popular amongst his people than ever, and things are much worse than before he was detained. So what was the point?
The self styled 'Prime Minister' of the Biafran government, Simon Ekpa has reportedly been arrested. Good for him that it was in a serious country like Finland with rule of law, unlike Nigeria. He will get his day in court where he is certain to get a fair hearing, and the courts will decide his fate
But what surprises me about all this is that those who hail Ekpa's arrest failed to learn from Nnamdi Kanu's arrest. The arrest will solve nothing. Taking out the leader of a movement, is not same as taking out the movement its self.
To take out the movement, you have to address the underlying issues that brought about the movement. Otherwise, all you are doing is effecting leadership change while the issue remains the same, if not made worse. The issues that brought about the movement was created by the fathers of the movement. |

Ofodirinwa: This isn't serious.
The reason Igbos can clamor for independence is partly because the SE is the only region that actually speaks with a single voice and has a united interest. The mistake the success of northern politicians to some sort of regional unity but the truth is the north has no single identity voice or even leadership and it can never has a real movement for anything. Same applies to the SW. Igbos collectively went through Biafra together and that gave them the ability to unite over specific topics, especially Biafra ones. IPOB are part of the lgb0 one voice? |

Be it as it may, some problems will never be a problem to some set of people. Till date I still give aids to your kinds and your kindred, ut may come in form of food, school fees, or just something that's pressing to them at the time.
But you will never accept that there's a consequence to whatever decisions you make. Unless I no no sey you contributed to bring this evil upon yourself, I cant be of any help to you. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 People who give aid to others don't çry about the price of a bag of rice, that's why u will never see me crying about how much is rice, how much is garri, how much is spaghetti, u can all afford everything and give to others but u are the ones crying about prices of everything, that's a huge irony. |

These are two different things. No matter how frightening it would be, or how bloody it will end, a serious revolution is needed in Nigeria. If the country is ready to pay the price, why not? Most people talking about it are not ready to pay the price that's why we are where we are. |

Zionmdde: "Minor" is relative in my post It's for comparison between the father and the mother The role of a father and mother in that aspect is never equal. Some men are at work for weeks without getting home A man at work for weeks without getting home is taking up his responsibilities in building his family, philosophers taught this principle "... If a father behaves as he should, if a son behaves as he should, then the societal order will be maintained". A society where a father is committed towards growing his children in character, learning and outlooks towards life will have so many ills and in comparison, they both have important roles to play just like they played important roles in bringing that child. |
