Them say in every successful man there is a woman. I laugh 😅 that not in this era again. Majority of women now a days are after your hard earn money. I am not against all women there are still some legit women out there who can love you for who you are, bend the knee and brace your belt to the mountain (support your dreams) but they are hard to get.... Women of nowadays are just after your success and if you have not reached the mountain top then will help you to not achieve that your dream dramatically... I will emphasize on this more if you give me a positive comments. |

Dear Nairalander My girlfriend sent a break up message to me on World boyfriend day after 4 days of not communicating with each other. And I replied her this "In any situation, I will continue loving myself, the parents who raised me, and the background that shaped me. I want to take a moment to thank you for the lessons and experiences we've shared during our time together. While our paths may now diverge, I will always cherish the moments we had and the growth they brought.Wishing you the best in your journey ahead." After 2 days she told me that it is a prank this is what she wrote " Chai See the person that promised to love me don abandoned me,nawa for you ooo small bet wey I bet with Dan that you will not leave me,naso you fail me?now Dan done chop my small 5k wey I take bet😭,I was not too serious but just wanted to see if we can actually resolved our difference no matter what but you failed me,I'm so sorry if it was too extreme but you always give me your words and wanted to see how truthful you were.no vex if it was beyond trials,I truly love you " As a man in this situation what would you do? In today's society, it is unfortunate that certain stereotypes and generalizations still persist regarding women and their preferences when it comes to romantic partners and work ethic. One such stereotype is the notion that women are primarily attracted to rich men and have a disinterest in working hard themselves. However, it is important to challenge these assumptions and recognize the vast diversity within women's desires, aspirations, and work ethics. In this blog post, we will debunk the myth of women's preference for wealthy partners and explore the complex factors that influence their choices in contemporary society. Individual Preferences and Personal Goals: First and foremost, it is crucial to acknowledge that women, like men, have unique individual preferences when it comes to choosing a partner. While some women may prioritize financial stability, others may value qualities such as kindness, intelligence, ambition, or shared interests. The idea that all women are solely attracted to wealth is an oversimplification that fails to recognize the complexity of human relationships. Changing Societal Dynamics: Over the years, societal dynamics have significantly evolved, providing women with more opportunities for education, professional growth, and financial independence. As a result, many women are actively pursuing their own careers, passions, and goals, challenging the stereotype of women not wanting to work hard. Women today are increasingly ambitious and seek partners who support and respect their aspirations, rather than relying solely on financial support. Financial Independence and Empowerment: Women have been breaking barriers and excelling in various fields, from business and entrepreneurship to science and technology. The desire for financial independence and self-sufficiency is prevalent among both men and women, and it is essential to recognize that women, too, want to contribute to their own success and that of their families. This aspiration often translates into a strong work ethic and a commitment to personal and professional growth. Relationship Equality and Shared Responsibilities: Modern relationships have shifted away from traditional gender roles, emphasizing the importance of equality and shared responsibilities. Many women now seek partners who are supportive, understanding, and willing to share household and financial obligations. The focus is on building partnerships based on mutual respect, rather than solely relying on one partner's wealth or financial status. Challenging Stereotypes and Celebrating Diversity: It is crucial to challenge societal stereotypes and celebrate the diversity of women's desires, goals, and work ethics. Reducing women's choices to a single factor, such as the pursuit of wealth, not only oversimplifies their complex decision-making processes but also undermines their agency and individuality. Recognizing and appreciating the multifaceted nature of women's aspirations and motivations is essential for fostering a more inclusive and equitable society. Conclusion: Stereotypes surrounding women's preferences for wealthy partners and a lack of work ethic are outdated and fail to reflect the realities of today's society. Women are individuals with unique desires, ambitions, and work ethics. While financial stability may be one aspect considered in partner selection, it is important to remember that women are driven by a multitude of factors that go beyond wealth alone. By challenging these stereotypes, we can create a more inclusive and empowering environment that celebrates the diverse choices and aspirations of women in our society today. It's been 11 years we have been a long distance friends and we finally start dating 3 months ago, everyday I need to spend close to 2k or above on airtime just keep our communication close as she was in Zaria while I am in Lagos but somthing wierd recently happened that I can't take it no more. In the evening when we do phone communicate with her I frequently heard a male voice in behind the background and sometime she always told me it was her neighbor "Oga Dan" as she always said and sometime i could imagine her in his room and she wouldn't denied it for telling me that "She went to charge are phone in his room or she went to fetched some stew which he Oga dan offered her" as she is a pharmacist sometimes she run morning shift and evening shift. For crying out loud I can't judge what exactly is going on there between her and this so called Oga dan, to say strictly, I have never touched this girl meaning nothing in common like s*x as ever come in between us and some time if I want to go extra mile to query her she will raised her voice against me and get angry with me and she always assured me that I should trust her that nothing As ever went between her and the so called oga dan. Dear Nairalander, I need your advise. |

Long distance relationship communication helps support and consolidate the bond between two people. For that reason, it is important to set ground rules together and not to lose yourselves in insignificant details. Focus on communicating your needs and how to satisfy them and make sure both sides are equally heard. Efficient communication in LDRs plays a major role in noticing problems and finding the proper solutions for them. As great as they might be, phones and laptops don’t actually have the possibility of transferring emotions, so the distance makes it harder for partners to pick up distress or anxiety or sadness. A healthy communication flow can address this deficiency and restore a good balance to the relationship. Furthermore, remember to take the time to video call your significant other as often as you can. A considerable advantage of visual connection is its power to narrow down the distance and bring partners closer together. |
