The third batch of 560 Nigerian returnees from Libya has arrived Port Harcourt.
Mr Martins Ejike, the South-South Zonal Coordinator, National Emergency Management Agency, made this known to newsmen on Sunday in Port Harcourt.
Ejike said that the returnees, comprising 540 adult and 20 infants, arrived the airport on board Max Air, with registration No: 5N-HMM at about 11:52 p.m.
However, he expressed dissatisfaction over the poor response of some state governments in evacuating the Libyan returnees from the reception centre in the state.

Video footage apparently showing Vinod Kumar being forced to go through with a wedding by his bride’s family sparked the probe, police in the eastern state of Bihar said Friday.
‘Pakadua Vivah’ (forced marriage) is a practice specific to Bihar and surrounding areas, and is mainly carried out by poor families who cannot afford a dowry — still a widespread expectation in India.
A video circulated on social media shows the engineer being manhandled and forced to dress for the wedding as he pleads for freedom.
“We are only performing your wedding, not hanging you,” one man is heard to shout as Kumar begs to be released.

Security agencies attached to the Murtala Muhammed International Airport ,MMIA, Lagos have impounded 17 check-in luggage of the Nigerian musician, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido after his bodyguards beat up Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, security officials, Customs and others, on arrival at the airport from a foreign trip aboard Emirates Airlines on Thursday evening.

Trouble started when Checkport staff at the baggage reclaim area attempted to check the tags on the check-in luggage of the musician to confirm if they corresponded with the reclaimed luggage. But, “the enquiry of the personnel did not go down well with one of the aides of Davido who refused to tender the tags and resorted to abusive words against the staff .”
