As regards the issue on ground, Adulphus refunded my money this morning around 11am with extra N3000 (which I didn't ask for) on it.. I called him early in the morning asking for my coins and he claimed there was poor network signal in his area. I gave him time to get a good network connectivity to send my coins yet he kept coming up with the excuse of poor network... Meanwhile, I believe he was already bent on refunding me the cash which I wasn't interested in.. I know how much profit I would have made within 12:45pm yesterday that I made payment till 11am today when he refunded me.. (N3000 is a paltry sum)
It's quite unfortunate that most people don't understand what integrity means in business...
This is not the first time that he is refunding my cash. I gave him a second chance and he flopped again...
Please, if you are trading with him, tread cautiously.

The price is so low because everyone is rushing to advertise here, and buying into that nonsense that accounts are being limited without cause. I have only been asked to clarify something once since I opened and verified my account, and as long as one continues to get funds from legitimate sources, I don't see any cause for fear.

In short, don't be desperate. Price your Skrill for what it's worth and find those who will buy, or withdraw it to a dom account, or even buy stuff online with it and sell here, or go exchange it to BTC, though you should be careful there.
