Got an intervite for 15 dec 2015. What suld I b xpecting?

Pls where is the venue and date and what are the criteria

I started receiving my stipend by november 2014. I've been receiving my stipend on monthly basis,not until april that I stoped getting alert til date. My GIS sure-p program is just for a year and am rounding up this october but havnt received stipend after march. The fault I think is from the GIS staff cos they are meany to send an email so as to prepare a time sheet and send back to them. But they stoped sending mails. What do I do?
