Cleverman2020: Falake shud hav thanked his star for dat deputy. Born and bred in Lagos, 2tym LGA chairman & a house of rep presently in Lag b4 Tinubu imposed hm on Kogites.. Stay there untill Tinubu finish with ur ward. Tinubu wants to dominate everywhere... Note that it was Audu/Faleke ticket hence the 2 have become one. It means Faleke is equals to Audu(scientifically and politically speaking). It therefore means that Faleke can step into Audu's shoes at any time of the process, from beginning to the end. The issue of passing through primaries does not hold in this case because by induction, Faleke has passed through the primaries with Audu hence qualified to become deputy gov and finally governor should the situation arise, and surely the situation has played out. |

If APC insists on superimposing another candidate on Faleke, Faleke should withdraw from the race so that a fresh election be conducted. Faleke should not accept to be used and dumped! Note that it was Audu/Faleke ticket hence the 2 have become one. It means Faleke is equals to Audu(scientifically and politically speaking). gretblue: I can understand you better now simply because you are just being carried away by your emotion.and you have forgotten law does not recognize any sympathy in its interpretation. gretblue: We know where your loyalty lies. You want Apc to present faleke in 2 different positions in a single election.which the law forbids.Your plan is that Apc will make an electoral blunder so that PDP will come into power through the back door. What do you mean by 2 different positions in a single election? What does your act say about a flag bearer dying during an election? If it did not say anything, then Faleke taking over the captain's band is the ideal and legal way. |

gretblue: What the Apc did was the best in order to prevent any future occurrence when PDP takes the case to court.(1) Before you participated in govship race ,you must have participated in the Apc primary.Faleke didn't participate in the primary.(2) A person cant vie for 2 different position in a particular election. Supposing Audu has been declared a winner , faleke would have taken over as the gov.But since there is still a supplementary election before a winner could be determined, then the law is against presenting faleke as govship candidate because he was earlier presented as deputy gov.Any other decision Apc took apart from the one they took now will result into nullify the election at the tribunal and surely PDP will be declared a winner. I refuse to accept this! Faleke should refuse being a running mate to Yahaya or completely withdraw from the race so that the election can start all over. Why did APC not make Yahaya Bello the running mate of Audu since he came second in the primaries? |
Politics › Re: Things To Know About Yahaya Bello Apc's Replacement by jamace(m): 3:59pm On Nov 28, 2015 |
Chukazu: Don't get it twisted, Falake is not yet a "deputy," but a "running mate",for an election that was declared inconclusive, an so has no claim to official position yet. What is the difference? Yahaya Bello who has not been running cannot overtake Faleke who has been in the race. Yahaya Bello should queue behind Faleke if he wants to run. |

justjify: What is this one saying? Has any result been declared? Has he been sworn in yet? If you can't answer yes to any ot these question, then its baseless, meaningless and senseless to call Faleke a deputy. You have an interest hence the lack of sincerity in your response. |

4ubootyman: Faleke should just withdraw his case. Consolidate with this chap and play the politics of being the Deputy. This is a brilliant decision by APC. Audu's son can be brought into the the government at some level. He need to start playing politics and understand the intricacies therein. Nice job APC Are you saying Faleke should accept being the deputy because he was born to be a deputy in his life? Faleke should take the case in court serious. It is against natural justice and unconstitutional for a deputy to remain a deputy while an ordinary member is placed above him. |

I personally don't like this development. James Faleke being deputy to Audu, should be elevated to governor and yahaya bello should be the deputy.
Faleke should go to court.
With the way confusion is happening in APC, APC may not provide an acceptable candidate before 5 December. Thus, Gov Wada will be declared winner for having no opponent. |
