Observation continua. Buhari has no academic certificate to submit to INEC for scrutiny. That is failure number one. |

MuguliciousMUGU: The problem is not about "probing the past leaders". The problem is about getting to aso rock first. And there is no vacancy in aso rock, so he should forget about it and focus on his cattle rearing and his 1 million naira he would use and open a shop to start selling something useful.
Gej till 2019 Buhari's main problem now is how to borrow academic certificate to submit to INEC. |

barcanista: Buhari has been a public servant all his life, he has participated as a candidate in 3 previous elections. He has no reason to lie! You should rather find out whether or not his credentials are with the military. If yes, was it by his choice or not and whether it was customary(by him) or not Please read my response again: There is no reason for his documents to be held by the military board. For your information, I just contacted a military personnel, a senior military officer for that matter and he reliably told me that every retired officer keeps his document himself, not military board. I don't want to believe this is another flagrant disregard for the constitution as he is used to. Certainly, Buhari is hiding something from the world. |
Politics › Re: 2015: Buhari Fails To Submit Academic Qualifications To INEC by jamace(m): 8:50am On Dec 30, 2014 |
majekdom2: perhaps he has got his excuse . An affidavit is said to be sworn in truth, if INEC finds out all he said was false , he himself knows what he would face . I dont think there is anything to hide . we should let it be as long as the laws allows this . There is no reason for his documents to be held by the military board. For your information, I just contacted a military personnel, a senior military officer for that matter and he reliably told me that every retired officer keeps his document himself, not military board. So, Buhari is lying because he has something to hide. |

barcanista: To answer your question, My credentials are with me and not with the schools I attended. However, we have to ask ourselves some questions. Did Muhammadu Buhari decided to keep his credentials with the Military? Is it customary for him to do that? Were his credentials provided to INEC in 2003, 2007 and 2011? If the answer to all questions is positive, then Muhammadu Buhari will only need to officially write the Military to release his result for INEC's verification. That is it! I don't see any big issue here There is no reason for his documents to be held by the military board. For your information, I just contacted a military personnel, a senior military officer for that matter and he reliably told me that every retired officer keeps his document himself, not military board. So, Buhari is lying because he has something to hide. |
Politics › Re: 2015: Buhari Fails To Submit Academic Qualifications To INEC by jamace(m): 8:43am On Dec 30, 2014 |
majekdom2: if INEC refuses the affidavit , then they are refusing a legal document . they may be sued . how is he taking you for granted by fulfilling the law . The consitutuion as you have said allows him to provide an affidavit in a situation like this .... we should learn to respect the laws . this is where change starts from .I see no wrong in what the general has done really. Where is the military board located that he can not go there and get the documents? The board is located in Abuja. Why is it difficult for him to go get his documents? Don't you think that he has something to hide that is why he preferred an affidavit? |

abbey621: Most Nigerians are gullible, daft and weak. Any little news we shout bloody murder, we don't use our brains to question the motive or source. It is clear PDP is doing everything to ensure that GEJ retains the presidency even if it means painting the opposition as an illiterate, insensitive, evil monster. This is Buhari's third time contesting as far as I can remember, his educational qualifications were never questioned before, why now? Furthermore it is clear that the present government is trying to cover up the fact that it is a failure with zero achievements for the last 4 years that they are willing to fabricate stories to keep Nigerians from focusing on the real issues: Poverty, poor electricity, bad roads, unemployment and lack of security.
You don't have to like Buhari, you don't even have to like APC but you'll be a fool to believe a man that was given 6 years to improve our lives and failed will do something good for us if we give him 4 more years! To the bolded, I will say, INEC may have based on the assumption that Buhari as a military general automatically has the necessary qualification. Having the requisite qualification is a constitutional requirement and not PDP's requirement. I know you are not telling the truth that Jonathan's administration has not improved lives. If you know where Jonathan started from and where we are now, you will appreciate the modest achievements so far made by Jonathan's administration. If past leaders have achieved even half of what Jonathan has achieved, Nigeria would have been far beyond where we are now. I know you will point at insecurity as Jonathan's failure but I tell you Nigeria fought the civil war in 1967-1970 and many were killed. I feel the military is contending with the insurgents and Jonathan is making every efforts to equip and fund the military. You will appreciate what Jonathan is doing if you remember that Nigeria stopped equipping the military since 1985, during the IBB era. |

barcanista: Not seized but kept with the Secretary of the Military Board. What is your point sef? Barcanista, let me ask you, is your alma mater keeping your certificates? Buhari is a complete academic failure who wants to hide under the military to scale through, the way he used quota system, even with monumental academic failures, to progress in the military. Look, Buhari should not take Nigerians for fools. We are not in 1960. |
Politics › Re: 2015: Buhari Fails To Submit Academic Qualifications To INEC by jamace(m): 5:28am On Dec 30, 2014 |
majekdom2: that is nobody's business . he has sworn an affidavit as required by the law . what more is needed. Taa, stop saying that. Which military board is Buhari talking about? Is Buhari contesting the presidential election as a military man? And is the military board INEC? By the way, all the military boards are located in Abuja and Buhari should jolly well collect his nonexistent documents from there and present to INEC. INEC should not accept affidavit and PDP should not buy that affidavit too. Buhari should not take Nigerians for granted. I know Buhari likes disobeying the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria but this time around Nigerians should vehemently resist it. |

How can you not understand our feelings and how GEJ is destroying our future and motherland by allowing insurgency to take place without flushing them for once and for all? Did you believe that the Nigerian army can't do that? Unless they are not permitted, and well equipped. I assume you were not born when the Nigerian civil war took place that is why you are making this kind of senile statement. Insecurity, poverty n social vices affect people irrespective of their religion. Shut up there. Jonathan has never said christians should vote for Christians, it is your master of bloodshed, Buhari who said muslims should vote only for muslims. Jonathan has never influenced any christian to vote for him, he has been performing his religious rites as a personal thing. |
