I think the action of the state is based on the fact that the biz has no profit and a conduit pipe to make some persons' pockets fat. This disease of "govt property is no body's property" is the reason why we can not develop. Corruption in every sector. Too bad and too sad.

Fresh hands should be employed to handle the affairs of the company, otherwise the govt would loose in 3 ways:
1. Workers already made themselves fat while the govt bled.
2. Govt has paid them off
3. And re-employing same people is like saying to them "thank you, come and chop again"

So, sad.

My doubt is increasing by the day that govt intelligence agencies do not know the financiers of this Boko Haram group. Could some men in the intelligence agencies be on the payroll of the financiers of this Boko Haram group? Otherwise, the financiers would have been exposed and dealt with by now.
