Please help o. I use Internet Explorer 7. Of recent, I can no longer send emails even though I can browse and read my mails. It will give this error report: Message could not be sent due to connection problem. Unexpected HTTP response. Status code 12002 Also, after reading my emails and delete them to recycle bin, the same emails resurface automatically in my inbox again after shuting down my system and reopening my Yahoomail. |
Funny. Pot calling the kettle to order. Na wa o. ![]() |

A mad man in a mad community. Thats good for him. ![]() |
Like someboby said, something is fundamentally wrong with Nigeria not just Imo State. Jobseekers these days prefer to go the Naija Way than read, because one will read his brain out and will not succeed while another will contact his connections (godfathers) and he is there even without writing any test. Who is to blame? The government is only harvesting what it planted--Garbage In, Garbage Out. I pray that the government do us a favour by revealing the list of those who will finally get the job and the name of their godfathers. By the way, why must applicants pay as much as N2,000 to apply for job? Silly lots . |
We can as well break the country up, so that every zone or entity can have their own leaders and vote in a united way.Seconded. |
Erm, not sure if it is mentioned already, but interspecies sex rarely results in pregnancy.True. But when God is tired of our hardened criminal minds, He can permit anything to happen. ![]() |
That is the effect of godfatherism in our educational system. Most of the students admitted to read some "special" courses are admitted not on merit but on godfaterism. In this days of lack of employment, some parents do anything and everything to ensure their wards read courses like Law and Medicine. I know a student who did very well in SSCE, JAMB and Post-JAMB and wanted to read medcine in one of our universities. The student was denied admission because he had no godfather and had no money to bribe his way. Our leaders cry poor academic performance, standard of education is very low and all such nonsense, yet they continue to influence VC and lecturers to give their wards admission even where it is obvious that such wards performance do not meet the pre-requisite condition for admission. Lets bet, this issue will soon get to the national assembly for investigation. Meanwhile, some of the legislators lobbied for unqualified candidates to be admitted. Who is fooling who? Naija is a country in the dark! |
Wow SlyrOx! You are KAITAstrophic! ![]() |
These robbers should leave the banks alone and face those thieves in the name of lawmakers. |

Bankole wants to shut-up those 11 Progressives in order to hide the skeleton in his cupboard. But I can see that the stench of his corruption is already being percieved from far and near. More troubles await him. I hope the EFCC is sniffing the stench for necessary action. |

OP Why do you say God bless Akala? Nothing goes for nothing in Naija. The Akala of a man is strategising on how to second tenure in office. |
Never say never for anything because never is an ofspring of ever. Anything is possible in this life. The mighty can also go to jail. Are things getting better in Naija? |
How are we sure they did not step on mighty toes to warrant this conviction? Whichever way, the middle mighty men are falling. Bode George set the ball rolling. Good development, hoping that this development will get to the doorstep of the MIGHTY ones too. |
