People were warned, so nothing that the CBN could do.
But the money is in the custody of the CBN. Should we then call CBN a wonderbank?

I dont blame them, I blame the courts that issue these orders in the first place.
Hm. Judges are living fat in this dispensation because of court injunctions. Just slam only one and the judge is a multi-millionaire. Judges are becoming a cog in the wheel of progress too.

I tire for all those thieves-o, when EFCC was investigating state governments, Odili's name came up, now they are investigating banks and Odili's name still popped up? what a shameless human beign?
The funny thing is that he also has religious clerics in his "resource control" hat. Recall when the daughter wedded a few years back. most of the clerics in Naija attended, not to talk of other politicians, including the bank executives. Naija na wa.

I know who the buyer will be, one of them in this categories

1.member in the senate or house of reps,
2.present or past ministers
3. Governor of a state ( any state, they are all the same bunch)
4 Local govt chairman or council chairman
5 Bank CEO ( at least the ones that have escaped Sanusi's axe)
4. Church general overseer ( nothing compares to their quest for earthly possession this days)
5. EFCC offcial

Any body outside this shoulnt bother to place a bid, dem don share the property amongst themselves already

The point is if Adenuga(& his company Glo) could single handedly embark on this feat of no mean proportion. . . then they could emphasis on could tackle the perennial & ubiquitous lack of power in the country. . .QED
Yes. This is the point the OP is trying to make.

Lets pray he looks in the direction of investment in power supply too.

He has made himself the prosecutor, judge, and jury. Unless you have not been following the recent events in Nigeria banking sector, then you would be excused for not knowing that Sanusi is abusing his office-- looking at himself as a cross breed between military dictator Abacha and stupid and uninformed Yar'dua.

Many of the claims he has made against the banks have already turned out to be false. He has even admitted that though there might have been "small mistakes" here and there, but that his mission was called for.

Small mistakes? when some innocent people are languishing in jail? Ans shareholders are about to loose everything?

Don't worry about the amount realized so far from debtors---- ask yourself, where's the money coming from? It's from other banks, that have not yet been exposed. Even the FG owes these banks big time. Nobody supports corrupt debtors, but you don't go and 'steal people's banks because of that.

Time will take that Sanusi is either an uniformed fool, or a pure religio-ethnic bigot bent on carrying out a hidden agenda
.
Ok. Let us wait on time to reveal the truth.

Some commentries  by the duo of Shina Abimbola and Kelechi Onwudiwe worth noting during the game:

"Nigeria is playing with fire momentarily there, but fire refused to burn them"  {about 20 minutes into First Half}

"The time Nigeria scored the stadium was electrified. But when Tunisia equalised, the stadium was dead silent; as silent as the graveyard"

"Leaflets were distributed today telling Nigerians to keep cheering no matter what happens, but since that goal was scored, Nigerians seem to have ignored the instruction on that vital piece of paper"

"Enyeama in black and red, quite unlike a Nigerian kit. Lets hope the kit will give Nigeria good luck"

"But what is wrong with Mikel Obi. He lost that ball"

"I think all Nigerian problems are coming from the midfield. They have not been supplying the needed passes to make things happen"

"That was a bullet there, if there is anything like that. Taiye Taiwo gave a left- footed bullet shot which would have caused damage to any opponent on a good day"

"The Tunisian Eagles are doing what our own eagles are supposed to do. They look more super than our super eagles"

"1 - 1 suites them nicely, but 1- 1 is a nightmare to Nigerians as far as South Africa 2010 is concerned"

"I think this Obi (Mikel) may be good when playing for Chelsea, but I don't think I can vouch for him when it comes to playing for the Green Eagles"

When Tunisia equalised 2-2 , the commentator, Shina Abimbola instead of shouting a G-O-A-L laughed "Ha-ha-ha-ha" before shouting "WA-HA-LA, WA-HA-LA" cheesy  cheesy

"I don't know when Nigeria is going to wisen up. Any time they are in the lead, they concede a cheap goal. I don't know. I don't know"

Finally, when the referee blasted the final whistle , Shina Abimbola asked  Kelechi Onwudiwe to comment on the match. Initially, Kelechi Onwudiwe hesitated commenting but came up with this  comment, "If you really ask me to comment, I will say this is a sad tale"  grin  grin

IT IS A SAD TALE INDEED!!
