Hello good day I sent a mail from Canada Since 29th of November, it’s been 13 days now and the person I sent it to hasn’t received it. He went to the post office at Lekki there and they asked for tracking code but the package is trackless and doesn’t have one. What should I do. I’m almost way past the deadline

Hi Guys I sent a mail from Canada To Lagos and it’s been over 2 weeks already. I was told it will take 6-10 business days for my package to be delivered. I wasn’t given a tracking code but am sure my package is in Lagos already, what do I do please
