TheGoodJoe:
I gave you Dos Santos to show the whole leaving talk is not a guarantee. It is as simple as that. There is more to the mechanics of success. Just as Mbappe and co. are learning and playing, others like Moratta were on the bench and still produced quality when they got a run.
It is easy to say Pogba did well when he played but keep neglecting the fact that he was learning without regular time at the top level of Manchester United.
The fact remains and is undeniable, a player can improve without playing time. That is why some players get a chance from the bench, he shows wonders on the field.
This is a fact. I think I don tell you say na mistake I take quote you. Forgive me, I no get power to fit argue with you. |

TheGoodJoe: Have you honestly followed a youngster who had the possibility of becoming the best player in the World? A player with raw immense talent, undeniable brilliance and watch him fail because he went in search of game time.
Giovani Dos Santos had it all. During a preseason, he came from bench and did better than Eto'o, Henry and some others. We felt Barcelona were showing the guy and felt a move for game time at Tottenham was a brilliant move. He was to work with Juande Ramos who was brilliant at Sevilla. Managing talents like Alves, Seydou Keita, Diego Capel, Renato and I think Kanoute.
It was a big mistake for Dos Santos. He lost the discipline and ended up not playing at all. Then it was a free fall for him despite his talent.
It is baffling that I have to repeatedly hammer that most of the work goes on behind the scenes. Not in front of cameras. I have written and as I have said, I am a genuine fan of Nacho. I am one person who will come on this thread and point out Iheanacho is playing well while others wrote him off.
I was one calling for Nacho's inclusion in the Super Eagles when some felt he was not ready. You can keep hating Guardiola but this is about Iheanacho's development. As I have said, when Nacho feels he is ready, he will leave or get a run of games at City. The young man is brilliant and hardworking. Please will you stop this. You mention don santos to backup your claim, but you forgot Paul pogba left man u to juventus for playing time. Paul pogba became one of the best in the world due to the action he took, and please don't tell me he never stay to learn the all and all of a midfield legend. To be the most expensive player in the world no be moi moi. look at other young players like mbape, rashford even dybala and dembele, they are playing and still learning. No one is saying training is not important, but when you combine playing and training together it gives you quicker and better results. I don't think you know what playing time can do to a player, it gives you that moral booster to want to learn more. Let me give you a typical example, in school after the day's teaching you are given homework to test your understanding of the topic. So please get it, no one, I repeat no one is against him learning. Iheanacho should be treated fairly, because he has never disappointed when call upon. |

On another note, Nokia kill themselves and they had started again with their new devices. How many people in Nigeria will buytge Nokia 3310 for over 50 usd, yea, it can sell but people are getting more informed by d day and so is their decision making. The likes of Apple and Samsung are seeing competition like never before. Nokia never ready to sell. Talking of advertisement, remember that there is limit to whom you can win over or decieve. Take innjoo as case study, when they first came out people were buying their device a lot. But what happened after they notice some defects in innjoo? They stopped patronising them. In this era of social media, it would be hard to keep selling crap for so long. |

Lexusgs430: They already are, going by responses on umi's community forums. Quality Control is not at the forefront of their policy statement. If they could go this far by manufacturing a good looking device, the hoops left are very minimal. Why cook a very fantastic looking soup and pour raw meat into it and serve the soup with properly pounded yam? Maybe they wan give you salad soup, lol. But nevertheless, we hope they get things right with their device. |

Lexusgs430: Samsung have a very huge worldwide reputation to promote and protect. Samsung can never take such risks as Umi does, on unreliable devices. Umi in comparison is a drop of water, while Samsung is the Atlantic Ocean........ Yes i get your point, but umidigi wouldn't be that reckless to dish out a full model of faulty handsets. |

Lexusgs430: Throughly and proper testing, would highlight such failures. 3 people on umi's forum with similar failure issues. So it's not a one-off fault. Yes not a one-off stuff, but I think it is a fraction of their device. If it was the opposite, the complain would be loud enough to recall all device. Take note 7 as an example. |

Lexusgs430: I hope they truly do. On the hardware front, the device looks very cool, shame it falls down at the software or hardware conflict issue. No one can tell where the problem comes from, but I suspect the hardware. A chip from the hardware might have fail. |
Phones › Re: UMIDIGI DISCUSSION THREAD by jamel9: 11:12am On Apr 12, 2017 |
Lexusgs430: They simply need to marry their hardware departments + software departments + quality control department, and ensure that all departments are singing positive songs. No point releasing numerous devices and carrying over similar faults, from one device to another. When the issues can easily be resolved. Labour is cheap enough in China, to hire a host of testers and make their devices more appealing to a worldwide audience, selling more devices, increasing profits and increasing their satisfied customer base worldwide...... But I know say chinco no send .......... NB : I sincerely hope the C Note is hassle free? Or else Umidigi lost another customer for life .......... I think they need to go back to the drawing board and get to the root of the issue. If they don't solve these issues before it get out of hand and tarnish their name, then they should be ready to fold up. |

princetom1: Just saying the op isn't a novice, if your phone dies, things u mentioned are the basic which u should know op would had tried a million times already You might know something but forget to apply it. By the way, there are slight difference in removable and nonremovable battery with the way they are operated in device. You will notice at the latter part of the interaction, i ask the Op if his device has a removable or nonremovable battery. In such situation there is no harm in trying different ideas multiple times, you never can tell which might work. |
