Hello, I am a current student at Cyprus International University, Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies. I am in my second year.

I came in February 2016.
I did not face any trouble with finding information about registration and the necessary arrangements because the school provided tour guides to show me around, answer questions about the University and frankly that was very helpful. The tour guides welcomed me at the airport, to temporal rooms as they made the necessary arrangements for my accommodation. They also showed me the offices for Registration and Accounting.

Another requirement towards registration for courses is that you must have good grades in English because ALL lessons will be conducted in English. If not you are required to take English preparation school.

I have great academic achievement so far, largely due to the easy access to my instructors. I have taken part in many projects that the University helps fund, support and publish if necessary.

I was initially impressed with the health system every time I wanted to see the doctor because my tuition fees include Health Insurance.

My very first semester I was interested in getting a job and finding a way to reduce my fees even further. During the summer break right after my first semester, I applied for a job in the dormitory management. I got the job as Residence Assistant for the dormitory I live in. The job has really helped me by reducing my accommodation fees by a great amount.

Jobs on and off University Campus aren't impossible to get. Most of my lady friends get restaurant jobs as waitresses and so on, others find themselves in various fields such as Construction, Hotel Management, Network providers, Accounting, Teaching etc.

Now I am looking forward to furthering my studies in England with one of the university's partnering institutions.
