@house and guys advise me ohh, nairaland gurus told me to request 4 another i-20 from my school because d skul aid i was coming to do ESL FOR 9 MONTHS, now i have received it, BUT THEM WRITE SAY I WILL BE MAJORING IN NURSING 4 12 MONTHS, I AM GOING 4 UNDERGRADUATE. I WAS THINKING IF THE VO SHUD ASK WHY 12 MONTHS INSTEAD OF SAY 4YEARS, I WILL TELL HIM THAT I AM ON TRANSFER AND IF HE ASKS 4 MY TRANCRIPTS I WILL TELL HIM MY SCHOOL SENT IT DIRECTLY TO THE SKUL I APPLIED FOR THAT THE DONT ISSUE TRANSCRIPTS TO STUDENTS. GUYS HOW THAT ONE SOUND?? I NEED HELP OHHHH

@femi and naggy, tnx, i just called my skuls intl students cordinator and he accepted sending me another I-20 form stating my major as nursing. I knw i will testify.

@naggy, wat do u think if i tell d VO that it is a compulsory course that is undertaken by all international students who are non native speakers of english language. That the course will prepare me to be proficient to understand american which will be the medium of administration of teaching before moving into the d degree major i applied for. This esl will help me in understanding of the various courses i will undertake in the degree major.

@all, in my I-20 form, my skul admitted me but says i must first do d english as a second language for 9 months to be proficient in english before moving to my main course of study, shud i tell VO that i was admitted 2 study in english as second language and that d duration is 9 months or shud i say i was admitted 2 study nursing which is wat i applied for? And i hope it does not hv any prblm to issuance of visa. Pls advice me, tnx at all

@masepat, thats sad news,@naggy and layric, i have same fears, i want my uncle to sign an affidavit of support that upon my dads death he took over his business that goods worth millions of naira were gvn 2 him 2 manage and some cash lodgement were made into his a/c to help foster the agreement we had b4 my dads death, and also he takes care of my late fathers property, and other assets and all these will be made available to me on my graduation frm d skul, wats ur advice?

@naggy u are d best, @layric u b baba, my i-20 reads dat my sponsor must hv $23344 dollars which is N3501600, but my sponsor has in his company or skul a/c plus that of his personal account amount worth of N3556335, he promised 2 also make another statement of a/c available to me to make it up to 4.5 million. My question is this(1) Does he need to provide d company tax since he has gvn me d personal income.
(2) How can he write d introduction letter, and
(3) I hope getting affidavit of support frm d high court is okay? I need advice, good ppl, great youths
