God punish britain for granting us independence . am beginin to agree with Lord Lugard on this brutal submission

Crazy legislation. If it were for capital punishment for corruption all of them would have voted no. Well, let's just ensure they enjoy this new law for just their remaining 2 years .

This is long overdue. Constitutional amendment without granting Local Governments their rightful autonomy makes no sense.
