Nigerian is the most corrupt country at the moment In the recent list released. Nigeria, the most populated country in Africa, is perceived to be the most corrupt among 60 countries evaluated, according to data from the 2016 Best Countries rankings. The rankings are a characterization of 60 countries based on a survey of more than 16,000 people from four regions. In the survey, respondents answered how closely they related each of the 60 countries to the term “corrupt.” Respondents were given no further specifications of the term, so interpretation of the word “corrupt” was left to survey respondents. Russia, seen as the second-most powerful country in the world, is also seen as the sixth most corrupt. Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, Colombia – a country synonymous with illegal drug kingpins like Pablo Escobar – gives Nigeria a run for its money as the second most corrupt country, based on perception. Below are the 10 countries perceived to be the most corrupt, according to data from the 2016 Best Countries rankings. http://www.jamienaija.com/2017/02/nigeria-named-most-corrupt-country-in.html?m=1 lalasticlala mynd44 oam4j

Olamide shared the picture of the award they received from Sun Awards. Olamide and Phyno has changed the music game, with many embracing the Indigenous Sounds. They have consistently released back to back hit, so this award I can say is deserved. They both have recent albums, with Phyno's Playmaker and Olamide's The Glory both released late last year. http://www.jamienaija.com/2017/02/sun-awards-olamide-and-phyno-creative.html?m=1 lalasticlala missyb3 fynestboi

In a short interview with Sunday Scoops, Femi Adebayo who rarely speaks about his divorce to his first wife, spoke about it saying his wife never supported his career and one thing men should learn is to marry someone who understands them. He however spoke about getting married to another woman after 7 years saying it has been heaven on earth for him. On his young marriage he said; “I don’t like talking about my marriage because I have the right to my privacy. Even though I am a celebrity, and lots of people always want to know what’s going on with me, my fans understand why I have decided to shield my wife from public glare. But I can tell you that I am really enjoying my marriage and it is pure bliss. I was without a wife for seven years and you know what that means for a man, but now, I am happy that I made the right decision,” he said with a glow on his face. Giving a hint into what led to the demise of his first marriage, he also said, “When it comes to marriage, it is important to be with someone who understands you and accepts you totally. My first wife was uncomfortable with my profession as an actor, but that is what I love doing. Acting gives me joy and I will continue doing it as long as I can. I cannot imagine myself doing anything else without being miserable. I studied Law but I am not practicing it and that should tell you that I am following my passion.” http://www.jamienaija.com/2017/02/my-former-wife-never-supported-my.html?m=1 lalasticlala missyb3 fynestboi

The actress who is committed to winning souls for God, said evil acts should not be associated with Valentine if at all Valentine was worthy of celebration. - Patience Ozokwor who recently revealed she nearly fell out with her daughter when she gave her life to Christ, has advised teenage girls to preserve their bodies, warning that many of them may end up getting pregnant during this year’s valentine. In her own words, Mama G for General said: “Valentine is not in the scripture and anything that is not in the Bible should be discarded” “Who is Valentine? The one that suffered for me and you is Jesus who should be celebrated. “If the kind of love that Valentine has shown to people is for people to make love to each other without getting married, then it is against the will of God.” http://www.jamienaija.com/2017/02/vals-day-is-not-in-bible-it-is-sin-of.html lalasticlala ijebabe missyb3 fynestboi

A woman collected the blood from her menstrual cycle for four months to make a painting Artist Timi Pali wanted to make an image which represents the importance and fragility of motherhood. She used tampons to collect her blood and her fingers to paint the matter onto four individual canvases which were eventually placed together. She told Mirror magazine, “The focus is not on the blood, but the work has its message because of the menstrual flow. One drop of experiment and I realise the beauty of the pain, the value of the period, fertilising my whole being. “The periodic elimination of my ovum with my menstrual flow inspired me to give birth to something which has a biological end, and to create the start of the end.” http://www.jamienaija.com/2017/02/weird-woman-uses-her-menstrual-blood-of.html lalasticlala missyb3

Former Super Eagles captain, Austin Okocha is 33rd on the list of top 100 best foreign players to feature in the English Premiere League, according to acclaimed football magazine, FourFourTwo. "Okocha almost single-handedly rescued Bolton from relegation trouble in his first season, netting crucial long-range goals and dazzling the Premier League with strings of outrageous skills and showboats that embarrassed a host of opponents" the magazine said. Former Arsenal striker and Nigerian Captain, Nwankwo Kanu is 78 on the list. The magazine described him as the "Nigerian with telescopic legs" "Kanu is a magician" explained former Arsenal team mate Gilberto, "and sometimes I'm not sure he knows what he's going to do next with the ball." "The Nigerian with the telescopic legs was a bewitching force in the Gunners team during the early noughties, often teeing up Thierry Henry and Dennis Bergkamp with mind-boggling dummies and flicks. Many of his own Arsenal goals were also sublime, including a back-heeled volley at Middlesbrough in 1999 and a stupendous hat-trick at Stamford Bridge in his side's incredible 3-2 win. Kanu demonstrated that there was life after Arsenal, too, netting the Wembley winner to help Portsmouth win the FA in 2008. http://www.jamienaija.com/2017/02/okocha-nwankwo-kanu-yakubu-aiyegbeni-on.html

The meme has become the current hottest meme on the internet, infact you can't scroll through Twitter or Instagram without coming across the meme. His name is Kayode Ewumi, and he is a British/Nigerian actor. Kayode was born on 2nd November 1993 in the Elephant and Castle district of London, the middle child in an Anglo-Nigerian family. Kayode Ewumi created the character on the now-defunct platform Vine in 2015. Soon after, it became the main character to #HoodDocumentary, a mockumentary following Safe’s road to rap stardom. “I did a Vine I wasn’t happy with, and T was like, ‘Why don’t you just try you stalling the car?’” Ewumi told BuzzFeed in Jan. 2016. “And I said ‘roll safe’ to some imaginary youngers. I took off my shirt, had the chain on, and it happened. We did another video with him, and this character was forming.” Roll Safe has gone viral in the past, but now that the U.S. has embraced the London act, it’s definitely left a bigger mark.
