Okay I may not know d answer 2 d question but I can rule out no 2... Guy Howfar? Print 5 Copies... D safest thing 2 do is this... Print 1 copy... Make 1 photocopy... Den fill d printed copy... Leave d photocopy own blank... Wen u get 2 schl u'll know what 2 do and den u wouldn't lose in any way... 4 d one's u have 2 affix passport... Print one make 4 photocopies and put ur passport on all 4 ... In all u do make sure thr is always an Extra Form in case of mistakes... Other stalites can ammend or add 2 my point though... Happy Resumption

Dis thing is getting confusing...let me get it straight...d forms they indicate "quintuplicate", are we to:
1.print 1 copy nd make 4photocopies then fill it and affix passports where applicable
2. print 5 original copeis and fill them and affix passports where applicable
3. just print 1 copy, fill then submit for stamping nd signing b4 making photocopy?

Application For Bed-spaces In The University Hostels
Greatest FUNAABites
Post-Graduate and Undergraduate Students who are interested in seeking
accommodation in the University Hostels can apply and bid for bed-spaces in any
of the following categories of Hostels:
Iyalode Tinubu (Female Hostel) - Old block: N18,090.00
Iyalode Tinubu (Female Hostel) - New block: N25,090.00
Umar Kabir Hall (Male Hostel) - Old Block : N18,090.00
Umar Kabir Hall (Male Hostel) - New Block : N25,090.00
Newly Completed (Female Hostel) : N30,090:00
PG Female Hall - Iyalode Tinubu Hostel: N35,090.00
PG Male Hall - Umar Kabir Hostel: N35,090.00
Application by Fresh Undergraduate Students opens on Monday, 1st December,
2014 ( Application by Returning Students will be announced later). Consideration
shall be given only to applicants who have paid school fees for the session.
Application by Post-Graduate Students will be announced later.
Allocation of bed-spaces is strictly on first-come, first-serve basis with the
following status taken into consideration.
1. Physically-Challenged Students (as recommended by the Director, Health
Services)
2. Foreign Students
3. Final Year Students
4. 200L-500L Students (Non-Final Year)
5. Biological Children of Staff
6. Outstanding Sportsmen and Women (on the recommendation of the Director of
Sports)
7. Fresh students
8. Student Union / Hall Executive
9. Student with CGPA of 4.5 and above

Online Application, Booking and Allocation Process
Allocation of the limited rooms in the University Hostels will be based on a
competitive, transparent and fair bidding process for interested and serious
students. The process involves the various stages listed below:
Stage A (Expression of Interest): by inputting your Matriculation number (Post-
Graduate and Returning Undergraduate Students) or JAMB Registration Number
(Fresh students) along with your contact details, an Hostel Application Invoice is
generated. Print the Invoice and proceed to any of the designated bank to make
payment.
Payment of this Invoice is non-refundable and qualifies you for the next stage.
NOTE: Payment of School Fee is a pre-requisite for all applicants. Additionally,
Post-Graduate Students are expected to have registered for the session.
Stage B (Reservation/Booking): Login to place a reservation for accommodation in
any hostel of your choice subject to availability of bed-spaces for your status per
time. An Hostel Fee Invoice is generated when a reservation is successfully made.
Print the invoice make payment in any of the designated banks within a maximum
of 5days or as reflected on the invoice, failing which your reservation is cancelled
and your application revoked. To make a fresh reservation, you will need to
generate a new Hostel Application Invoice .
Stage C (Allocation of Bed-spaces): By paying the Hostel Fee Invoice within the
grace period, a Room is automatically allocated to you. Login again to check the
room allocated to you and print the Bed-space Allocation Form.
NOTE: You can only make reservation for an hostel, Rooms and Bed-spaces will be
automatically allocated.
Successful allottee should please endeavour to convert their bank tellers to receipts
at the Bursary Unte and complete hostel regisration forms at their allocated
Hostels.
