If your husband has experience in primary healthcare, he can nominate primary healthcare manager.

Check out these occupations

Primary healthcare manager
Medical administrator
Health and services manager.

You guys should read the job descriptions of each of the occupation and go with the one closest to his experience.

As long as he is not 45, he can still be the principal applicant.

Please am a nurse but only have my RN, i will be 29 this yr, i know Nigerian RN is considered as an enrolled nurse, is better i further my studies or apply for permanent resident,my hubby is a doctor, i want to know the 3 years pathway cos he has 11years of experience please guide me
