Could it be the transcripts of your previous studies? I guess that would make more sense if you got admitted into grad school

2 months after Interview, I am asked to send academic transcript. Even after sending confirmation of Summer Semester enrollment. But, I never participated in any exam.
In a dilemma

Scholarship financed from German public funds or European-supported funds, not just any reputable body because a private-issued scholarship alone will not qualify you for the priority category (A).

Category A (3 months max)
Applicants who are going for a PhD, funded or not,
those who have a first class in their Bsc and are going for MA/MSc,
those that have scholarships from a reputable body in Germany.

Category B (waiting time: 1 year plus for an appointment)
every other study applicant, including people that have 2.1 in their first degree.
