I swear i can measure 7 cups of rice and finish it in just one day and i can't still add one pound of flesh. Someone who sees me will think i'm not eating well but thats the reverse case.

This is how i eat; Because i work remotely so i'm always indoors. When i finish cooking like 11am in the Morning, i dish out the food in my plate, a huge portion. After eating that, i rest for like 30min then i go back to the Pot to dish out another portion again. After eating the second time, i rest again for like 2 hours then i go back to dish out a third portion again. Before its 6pm,the food has almost finished and i still crave for more.

Why do i eat like this? Could it be caused by boredom and idleness? Its making me spend a lot on food. 7 cups no fit last me for 2 days again. .

Funny thing is when a guy takes me out, i go just dey form. Order very small light meal. The guy will be like "will that be enough for you? Its too small na".

This is because you are eating wrongly.
Carbs can't make you add weight.
Try changing your diet eat a very small portion of rice at a sitting with lots of protein in the form of fish, eggs e.t.c.

The idea is quality over quantity.
You also have to train your body to subsist on smaller portions of food that has the right nutrients.

Try locking your pot in a food cupboard and keeping the key in a place that's not so accessible anytime you finish eating to discourage you from going back for more.

Hmm the good old days

I'm in my final year in nursing and I have a coursemate who is close to 50.

What your messiah Obi is doing is typical of those who do not belong at the top yet are trying to wing it.

Tinubu is where he is is because he is very talented as a politicians and perhaps best of his generation. He built people, powerful political structures and transformational legacy project like Eko Atlantic whereas Obi built nothing, is below mediocre and a dullard.

All he is famous for is fleeing from political Parties when the going get tough rather than resolving issues that would then make him meritorious head of the Party he has joined as Tinubu is the undisputed and well-respected Supremo of the APC.

If hype wins elections then sure Obi will be President. Yet the reality is that PBAT will win easily next year.

Best prepared, best supported and most powerful by far. A situation he arrived at because he plans meticulously, invests in other leaders thus securing their everlasting loyalty and bides his time as a talented politicians with an end game in sight he prepared for.

I still think the best president would be someone with a combination of Tinubu's doggedness and Peter Obi's modern rule for Change. Sadly we don't have that now until we do fingers crossed.

Nigeria is a tough country you can't get there on good intentions alone even if you manage to get there you need a level of mind to bring the needed reforms.

That's why Governor's who seem stubborn has always been the ones making radical changes, the likes of Wike, Oshiomhole, Alex otti e.t.c.
