You have to go to your Gmail app open and tap on manage Account on this if it opens you will see all the Gmail account in your device select the one that got restricted and scroll down a little bit you will see "review restriction" they will ask you to tell them why your account should not be restricted at same time you are giving them power to go through your messages

Just tell them you are a sales rep that you normally use your account for mass emailing to reach out to potential customers

Case closed, at times it won't take up to one hour for the account to be restored sometimes a day or 2
