Travel › Re: Notice To Those Who Wish To Live In Japan by JapaProf: 11:59am On Jun 23, 2022 |
chaiks: Thanks for the update. Do they pay well if one should get a part time job? Also, if you stay in Tokyo, is it compulsory that you must know the language to get a job? How easy it is for one to get visa to Australia after staying legally in Japan for like two years? Generally speaking, knowing the language in a non-native English speaking country will put you ten steps ahead of other foreigners who don't speak the language in terms of employability especially if it is not a highly skilled job. If you will be pursuing a PhD in Australia, then you stand a chance. |

cutieme: Really? So ain't jobs there or something, and how is life there compared to Naija? It is a great place to be if you work remotely, but if you intend to work in the country, the most important factor is your ability to speak the language to a functional level. You could check out the tourism sector for jobs as well. |

yinkeys: These days I research more on Canada & Luxembourg With the daily shootings committed by mentally ill persons. I hear some don’t get media cover or reported
If I may ask what kind of jobs could be readily available for a new migrant
I’m also not a coder so. Regret not taking coding serious when I had the chance to in 2008
What do you think of Canada & Luxembourg for people looking to migrate there ? Nice hearing your views by the way You can learn truck driving here in Nigeria. It's not too late to learn coding or any of the cousins: UI/UX, Project management etc. Professional IT certifications like ITIL, PMP may give you leverage. Luxembourg is pretty expensive, although with a high standard of living and you need to be very good at picking up languages to thrive in the environment as an economic migrant. |
