The court nullified her suspension. That means her suspension was NULL & VOID and never was. If a court nullifies someone's suspension, do you need any order to state that she should be recalled. As far the law is concerned SHE WAS NEVER SUSPENDED. As such there is no need to order a recall.

Now she is in the NASS, if she is denied entry into planery, then Akpabio abd Senate leadership are in COMTEMPT OF THE COURT AND risk jail terms.

Please quote directly what the CTC said about the suspension being null and void.....
