But first... the universities will all compile names of the students slated for loan. And send to NELFUND. Then the agency writes to CBN/presidency.... Approval will be granted and money sent to NELFUND to disbursed according to what was submitted.

Asking NELFUND to apply separately for funds to start going to all the universities involved to investigate if the money applied for is truly what is supposed to be Is a waste of resources. Same you will accuse the government for wasting money.

The person who will be giving the money to fly to those states might even refused to do that while making calls to people in those states to make the findings for them. Whichever it is..... it's a waste of funds.

Now the issue is on the universities to be truthful... The are the organ that is going to destroy the scheme. While still blaming the government.
