Changing of seat is normal but the senator whose seat is changed need to be told before the plenary.
Also, laugh/smile is a sign of peace/love naturally but when your enemy laugh at you, it is considered as mocking because love is not expected from the person.

Akpabio need to know the underlying frosty relationship between him and Natasha and would be careful at dealing with her.
