There's always a space for supplementary budget. Buhari refused to make provision for fuel subsidy, but made provision for every other thing.

Tinubu removed subsidy from everything Including university subsidised tuition. Increased tax on imported items and devalued the Naira twice. But rather than taking loan to supplement the budget, he took loans to buy cars and yatch and built mansion for his VP.

Lagos is not a planned city.

We are too dirty in Nigeria and we don't care about our environment and at the end we blame govt for nonchalant attitude. When people buy bottle water or pure water especially while in the traffic they littered the road with nylon of bottle and when you try to sensitise them they will insult you.

The PMS from Dangote refinery is expensive because NNPC refused to sell to Dangote and he imported the raw crude. He can't sell below what he bought.

Also, why's NNPC selling to a local refinery at Int'l/Standard global price and in dollar at official exchange rate.?
