I'm having the same issue. No "finish" button. So I couldn't submit.

Upload all the compulsory requirements listed on the portal b4 other valid documents. Once u upload everything, is 8 documents I think, u will immediately c the finish link

I Categorically advised here on this thread that pple shuld attached all necessary documents to their CV. The fact that i advised pple here doesn't mean dt it must necessarily be adhere to.
My advised is a product of my experience applying at International Bewries PLC. I submitted my CV and twas rejected because I didn't attached my documents to bck up my CV. Since den, I will always attach my documents to my CV when applying for Any jobs.
As for ur reaction to my advised, u would ve been more appreciated if u ve done ur reaction in a polite and educative way. Leme tell u dz, education is nt all about knowing books, it also affect ur dispositions to issue. If u dnt bliv dt, documents shuld nt b attached, u shuld ve presented ur argument or view in a more convincing and polite manner nt castigating or raining abusive words on pple here.

Ur documents complete ur CV. Uve submitted anyway, continue to pray, u might be selected with God's grace.

My dear Pinkueblue, ure rite that submission can be done without posting it. Bt remember, ve nt said u cnt submit directly at their office, ve only said u can submit by posting it which is a conditional statement. Which means u can eida submit by posting or nt depending on which one is convenient for you.
I advice pple close to Abuja to submit it demselves while those nt in close range shuld do deres by posting.
Y am saying dz is dt, sm of our pple ve attached much importance to submiting by hand. And I imagine aw will be easy for sm1 in Lagos or Osun to submit an application that is nt even sure of receiving a test interview nt to talk of appointment letter.

If u read tru the information very well, Dere r sm important tins to note, first is dat, ur CV should b in 10copies of which I do advice pple to attach all necessary documents to their CV before submitting. Second, u write an hand written application letter to b forward to the Director Management Support Service.
Third, the application letter is to b forwarded via posting which is why the postal service address is INCLUDED-PMB 237,ABUJA.
lastly, some pple ve been asking weda deres an address to post the Application letter to or nt? Deres an address. The address is:

✔You Must have scored 200 and Above in the Last UTME
✔For the DE Candidates,You must have atleast
UPPER CREDIT in your result
HOW TO APPLY
Log on to the university Eportal [eportal.oauife.edu.ng] and click on _2016 ADMISSION SCREENING-UTME/DE APPLICANTS_ by using your JAMB registration number to download RRR[Remital Referral Reference] and use it to pay dues..
Amount due comprises of
SCREENING FEE-#1,500
EPORTAL ACCESS CHARGE-#5,000
BANK CHARGE-#350
TOTAL FEE-#6,850
Payments can be via branch of any bank or MasterCard
After payments, you are required to do the following on the university Eportal;
1. Update JAMB data_
2. Upload Results[WAEC/NECO/JUPEB/NCE etc]_
3.Upload Scanned copy of Credentials
4.Print Admission Screening Report
