Without reading the post I definitely know that Anambra will top the list. Back then when I was in Calabar, my Anambra friends returned home to write JAMB and WAEC and they all made excellent grades through malpractice. Unfortunately most of them graduated with poor grades from the university because of limited rooms for malpractice in the university.

The past leadership of the Army performed poorly in terms of rotation. They kept pushing same group of officers and soldiers to the front line for years. Lot of them died and some got tired of fighting in the front line for years without rotation and resigned. Worst of is that the ones that fought for long and resigned out of frustration are currently battling PTSD because the army did nothing to reorientate them before discharge.

Enugu as well as some part of Benue and Kogi are at a very high elevation above sea level. This makes it difficult to strike an aquifer were ground water is found.
