I just discovered so yesterday #50... The Indian rom is sending them sales statistics.. If ur phone is rooted this flaw can be corrected via BUILD PROP... If not just delete ur message center number so that sms will not fly out of ur phone... Be sure to write down or cram ur message center number.

OK... I understand. Something is blocking the imei change. Possible causes include but not limited to:
1. Device is in airplane mode
2. The sims are disabled
3. EGMR 1,7. is for sim 1.......... EGMR 1,10 is for sim 2.... be sure these are not swapped.
4. enable developer options
5. If above trouble-shooting doesn't work, FORMAT the phone using flash tool then FLASH it..

And after everything restart the phone.

MTK ENGINEERING app is what u need. It's about 173kb in weight. Download and change the imeis. I advice you make one the imeis a BB10 imei since you won't be able to change it in marshmallow.

Sure. It also has better cameras and weighs less than Xiaomi note 3...
I'm my opinion, Gionee s plus is a lady's dream mobile mirror; you need to try out the front camera to understand.
The only thing i wish could be better is the battery charge time. It takes a little above 2hrs to charge the phone from about 10% to 100%

If this you're into Gaming, Xiaomi is the better option (According to be specs)

However, if you desire good camera output, style and a light-weight device Gionee s plus is ur answer.

My brother, marshmallow Comes with its limitations.
1. Imei cannot be changed...
2. Rooting is still an ish for now...
3. MMC are by default treated as attached memories until one has formatted the MMC to become encripted and recognized as Internal storage (i have refused to do this)..

It is not available yet on the rom which was shipped with your phone. However is you download and install Gionee s plus stock rom from the web you'd have successfully installed the Indian version of Gionee s plus rom and you'll see the update.

more RAM could also be freed from SYSTEM MANAGER. It's v important to clear running apps, a device reboot doesn't clear recent apps.. I think it's a Lollipop/Gionee feature..
