firstly, you will have to login on the student Portal (portal.ui.edu.ng) , click the icon "Student Login" use ur matric number as Username if u have been and the default password is "password". After yua logged in, click on "make payment" and you are to select which payment you want to make. Goodluck

I couldn't pay for Hall due to login issues, Now, I have access to the portal but it reads "you can no longer apply for hostel at this time" what is wrong?

That was for post utme registration, it still had to reflect cos its an admission portal

But if it's online (Using the ATM Card) , it will automatically do that for you in less than a minute.
