I wonder what he is communicating , lost interest in the recruitment the very day he came on here blabbing about their unprofessionalism. A reasonable number of job applicants are more qualified than the so called employers interviewing and inviting us for interviews . Most of them are preying on influential connections , its well.

40% gives room for applicants who have value to really deliver but have problems with communication skills both oral and written to be considered for oral interview, just as the author "jayjay" displayed now...

how on earth will you pass more than 50% in a written assessment if every word u spell wrong is marked down?

If I am to judge MBS' customer service performance by ure above tantrums as a communicatin officer, it won't be funny at all , buh thank God I v had a prior chat with a more down to earth professional officer from MBS . Mind u , the word " lagging " is rather too sarcastic to be used in such a context ,of which in a way show another laxity on your part as a communication Officer . Me choosing to write in a rather lucid way in such an informal scenario does not in anyway depict any misdemeanour in my communication skills , if not , I won't be in the position I am today . Mind you , u got me cracking by saying "

He however advised tht I shud apply fr the 2nd stage . I m smewht skeptical about their organiational procedures , cnt say hw viable it is , cos their recruitment procedure is smwht lacking ... Meanwhile , I just got a notification message from pushcv pertaining to 1 of the online interview I had with them with the status "Forwarded to the Recruiter", with further tips on how and when the recruiter will contact me. Anyone else receive same mail ?

Just got a notification from pushcv now that one of my interview has been declined , cos I m not residing in Lagos . Thus , I will advice applicants to change their address and location to Lagos so as to suite their demands . Since na only Lagos job dey now. And more so , sme other things v been included on the dashboard that needs updating . kindly do the needful . God help us in this "Ultimate Job Search"

I m bin skeptical of various networking upsurge and mishap many applicants are witnessing in this recruitment exercise , cos on my part hve not experience any minor or major hiccups during this exercise , I will advice applicants to be wary of devices bin used in accessing pushcv site so as to ascertain thta the problem is not from applicants' end . A fwend of mine claimed she can't update her profile, of wich I later succeeded in doing the updating for her on my phone without any assistance from pushcv . So pls let's be wary of d devices we using in accessing push cv site .
@rebog , the job interview notification/panel is very visible immediately u log in to pushcv , ure dashboard shud show a caption tagged "latest exclusive interview" (its only one interview that is left now though) Hope u v generate ure career Id number. The interview panel is very conspicuous for all applicants to see , less u are nt qualify to b interviewed yet (that's if u dint pass stage 4) . Click on the menu , and go to my dashboard , u will see the interview panel there . Hope dis helps . Wishing everybody a career success.

The Jobs bin posted are basically on Administration . Still expecting green light from major companies that are partnering with them. D likes of Xerox , Airtel , Gtbank and so on . Though I must commend them for a good job so far , I will gve dem a credible mark albeit some lapses .

You are not nice at all , no big deal there anyway , even if u kno d questions prior to bin interviewed , its neva a criteria for passing d interview . The interviewers are smart enough to kno when u reading from script , if u get wht I mean by that . Aint a big deal anyway.

I m staying in Ib , I got the message for the phone interview stated for tommorrow aswell. So whts d point of going there when there ws a directive that it will be a phone interview ? I see no reason .
